This special, once-off episode covers what the Cephalons have been getting up to over the last couple of years, as well as their thoughts on the major Warframe updates since the last episode...
After 150 main episodes spanning a period of 3 years and 2 months, Cephalon Squared's Warframe podcast is finally coming to an end.
In this final episode, the Cephalons discuss endgame warfames and companions, based on feedback from their Discord community, followed by heartfelt thank yous as the show winds down. Before to stick around until the end for a silly surprise, as should be expected from the guys.

While there wasn't a whole lot of news on the Warframe front this time around, it's an important episode for Cephalon Squared news. We encourage you to listen.

For Warframe players, TennoCon is the best time of year -- it's like Christmas. It's when we all get together to share our love of the game and see what big things are next in store fr us.
And this year was no different, except maybe that the two things that were shown off were maybe the most anticipated pieces of Warframe content ever. So that's a thing.

Finally, the Sisters of Parvos update has seen fit to grace our servers, and what an update it is. Not only does it bring the Sisters themselves, and a whole raft of weapons, but there's a brand new Warframe in there and a major weapon rebalance.

Coming in only a couple of days later than DE had suggested, the weapons workshop hit, and brought with it some other workshop announcements - changes are also incoming for the Parazon and Helminth Abilities.
There was a lot to go over, but hopefully we can help clarify all of the changes that are coming. And they are coming soon - all of the changes are expected as part of the forthcoming Sisters of Parvos update!

With only a few short weeks until TennoCon, this week we were treated to a final Devstream before the big show! From now, the team will go internal to work on what they plan to show off, but before then, there's still plenty to be excited about, such as an upciming weapons rework, and the Sisters of Parvos release...
As this was an in-between week, we decided to discuss a topic that popped up on a YouTube Channel via TheDsIEGE. This video discusses the Guardian Games in Destiny, and how we should perhaps have something similar in Warframe.

This week, though, saw an error in the Nightwave rewards, which meant that players could get their hands on an Arcane Helmet, which haven't been seen in-game for several years now. As a result, we decided it was a good discussion topic - to help new players understand where they fit into the game and discuss whether or not they are still worthwhile!

Have you ever thought about the Dojo, and how - apart from trading and the labs - there's little point in visiting? Well, we have, as did a few of our Discord users. And out of that little discussion came a few great ideas to try to bring players back to the Dojo on a more regular basis.

We couldn't believe it had already been 6 months since the Helminth System had been added to Warframe, so given it was tipped to be such a massive change to the game, we decided we'd have a chat about exactly how much of an impact it has had on the game. The year is ticking along quickly - we're almost into February already! This week, a YouTube video caught our eye and inspired us to discuss the current state of Warframe as it stands in January 2021. Yes, it's a little negative, but we try to keep an open mind as we look at the direction the game has taken in recent months and years.

“Cephalon squared” isn't merely an artistic highlight for lucas and Greg, it's a podcast that towers above its peers, a show generally considered as the definitive “informative gaming” podcast. To be reductive, it's the Citizen Kane of podcasts, an accepted work of greatness that's innovative and entertaining. That may not mean it's the greatest audio show ever made, but it certainly is a universally acknowledged standard of excellence. Why does “Cephalon squared” posses such a mystique? Perhaps it's that this podcast never flaunts its genius. It lures listeners with the slow, luxurious tones and gentle voice of lucas, and reels them in with the funny and always optimistic persona of Greg. From weather cast till news, this show is worth every second you spend on it.
