Running 135 miles in some of the most extreme conditions is hard enough but when Liza Howard could only chew on ice chips and nothing else for the last 55 miles she found a way to make it tougher. Runners from all over the world come to test themselves at the Badwater 135 every year. It start in Death Valley and makes it's way up part of the way of Mt.
