I love your podcasts and love the advice you offer. Your recent podcast about listing out priorities, but then getting specific and creating action items... just what I needed right now. Keep up the great work!

I am new to castbox because I had an iPhone before and I couldn't leave comments on that one! Now I can. Your channel popped up on the main screen of castbox and I started listening right away and I love it!!

This is the first couple, (out of what's bound to be all of these), podcasts that I've listened to and glad i decided to give it a try. You're super helpful, even to someone who is considered the wisest and most helpful of the people I'm around, it's all about getting information from others, and yours has been great. Also I'm pleasantly surprised that I'm not the only one that can feel this is a great time for big life changes. From career to habits to enjoying life more, it's a good time to GYST. Love ya and your work <3

Meditation has been in my routine for a year now and it changes how I feel for the day. The questions you asked just made it even more real. That will be something I ask myself everyday or if I need a quick bring back into the now. So thank you!

I had to come and re-listen to this episode because I felt that this was the kind of advice I needed at the moment. Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts and wisdom and putting it in a place where we can come back as many times as needed.

Hey girl so first and foremost I am in listening to your podcast for the last like six months or so and they really kind of changed my life so thank you so much praise to you it’s just nice to know that you’re not the only one out there in the world. You were talking about you Tober and ideas and I was wondering if maybe you could talk about him fall is my favorite season and I love fall but I always seem to find so many excuses during the fall to winter season you know it’s him oh I can’t do this because I have to do this for fall or oh I can’t do this it’s almost Christmas time I have to think about everybody else am I can’t meditate because I don’t have time I just feel like fall to winter there’s always these excuses I wondered if maybe you could talk about how to break the train of excuses

This is so true! When we realize that good and bad moments are temporary, we enjoy each one of these moments in a better way. And I've been thinking about it a lot. Thank you for this episode!

Hello Kalyn! If you're looking for some good Halloween stories to tell, a good friend of mine recently started a website to share their original spooky stories. It's called forebodingfables.com , they've worked very hard on putting it together. Most of their stories are pretty short, but they have a few longer, more detailed ones. Thought it might help if you're looking for any stories that aren't classics, or are much less well-known.

I love the podcasts but as far as the ad pieces go, one of the ads in the middle for chegg, I have one issue with it: if you are studying math or physics, I strongly suggest not using chegg because it is too easy to develop very bad study habits with online help. If you're struggling with your math or physics course, go find a tutor on campus or at least go to your professor or TA's office hours. However again I do want to emphasize that besides the ads, I absolutely love Kalyn's podcasts!

Kalyn you are so inspiring! You are my favorite person on Internet and I love your podcasts. Everything you do and say resonate so much with me and in a weird way I feel like you are my friend. Even though I live on the other side of the ocean 🙈 I just wanted to thank you to making my life even better and inspiring all of us. Thank you, wish you a fantastic day ❤️❤️❤️

Yes!!! I create something known as a 6 Most Important List each day! It allows me to prioritize what I need to do that day, but it's also only 6 things so it isn't overwhelming!! I also totally believe in making sure we know the differenece between those action, "income producing," to dos so that we are moving forward versus getting caught in a bunch of paper work - specially if those papers don't move you forward towards your goals ( so dont spend too much time organizing them)!
