This week we're talking 'fitness and exercise' as James work on his beach body for his trip to everyone's favourite seaside town New York City in April. We discover I'm worried about becoming a fat dad even though I don't have a child and am currently in training for a 600+ miles bike ride from Bordeaux to Toulouse. 

After two weeks away from each other this week James and I have an informal catch-up.

This week Australian radio Host Matty Shaw joins me on the podcast. We talk about what's like moving from having the beach in your back garden to having a wet and cold Manchester skyline. This week James & Harry discuss 'Holidays'. These are clearly two guys who enjoy two totally different holidays, one loves camping and the other visiting empty football stadiums. However, they do both agree on the popular holiday activities of ping pong and the old classic of throwing your swimming goggles into the pool and attempting catching them before they reach the bottom.
