I AM affirmations can help you shift, change, and upgrade your reality. Affirmations, essentially program your mind into a belief. Once a belief takes hold an emotion is formed, and once the emotion is felt your vibration shifts. As such, affirmations work best when you feel them to be true. At first, stating an affirmation may feel empty. You may need to adjust to the affirmation and simply allow the idea of the affirmation to be true for you. Once you start getting into the feeling place of these I AM affirmations, they will start to affect your overall vibration, and begin to reflect in your daily life. --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/pureflowyoga/support
