Today we got the opportunity to speak with Sean West, who over the past 11 years has built a successful financial advising practice in Meridian, Idaho. Together, Sean and I pick apart an article written by Brett Arends titled "Ten Stock-Market Myths That Just Won't Die." At the age of fourteen Sean received a gift of stock from his great uncle Merlin and also a personal finance book from his uncle Sam. Those two gifts started his journey to financial advising. Sean started his financial advising practice in 2007 and has lead clients through the ups and downs of economic and market cycles over the last eleven years. Sean is a certified financial planner CFP® serving over 180 clients across the country. He has a wife and four wonderful children. Sean spends his free time serving in the community and enjoying the outdoors with his family.
