The Hamburger Boys began their run for another season in the Bundi, Puli scores goal of the year in the Bundesliga, Napoli leave it for late at Chievo and the relegation battle in Ligue Un is interesting yet terrible at the same time.
The Champions League is back and the hot take delusions returned. The fellas break down the four quarter final matchups before hopping into the DeLorean and matching up some great teams from the past. No one will own up to why 2002 Portugal made the list.

The guys tackle a status quo type weekend across the big 5 leagues. Bayern stretched its lead in the #Bundesliga, normal. Napoli won while the rest didnt, normal. PSG looked mid without Neymar vs another talented side, typical. White Madrid and Barca got heavy wins in La Liga action, standard. The Big clubs in England all got Ws as well, not a big deal. However, the January transfer window is more active than the typical non World Cup years and a lot of players are just looking for new leases on their football lives.

On Martin Luther King's day, Man Utd score 3 black goals, get 3 black assists, Martin Luther King's legacy lives on. Liverpool ended Man City's winning streak, Jordon Ibe scored a winner against Arsenal, Tottenham ran riot, Conte focused more on Mourinho than his tactics. Ligue 1 is PSG's playground and they have a violent ref. Bundesliga, meh. Real Madrid are 19 points behind Barcelona, Chopp almost cried.

The FA Cup got in full swing this week, Utd, City, Liverpool, Spurs all winners, Chelsea struggled and Professor Eric Lichaj gave Arsenal an American education. The Greatest league in Europe is becoming un-great as Napoli and Juventus open up a huge lead on the rest of the meaningful participants including Benevento who are on a two game winning streak. La Liga came back after its siesta. Regular service resumed, Paulinho continues to prove he was a top signing, Barca keep winning, White Madrid don’t and Diego Costa is back for Color Madrid. Oh, and the Brazilian chucked the deuces to Merseyside in the most beautiful manner possible and we walk Tries through the next 4 months for Liverpool.
