Join us for this multi-week series that looks at the life of Elijah as a model for Christian living. Elijah had a special call on his life as a prophet, and his life is filled with incredible stories of faith and passion. If we practice humble obedience the way Elijah did, we can be like him: We can fulfill our unique purpose for
God’s glory and find significance for our lives.
Join Captain Stephanie as she shares what it means to be crucified with Christ.

In this week's talk, we are going to look at the following questions in light of Ephesians 1 :
+ What are we redeemed from through Christ?
+ To what purpose are we redeemed through Christ?
What does redeemed or redemption mean?
In it’s most simple definition, redeemed means to buy back, to recover, or regain possession.
In a more theology sense, having been saved or delivered from sin and its consequences. This is
definitely more than the meaning of redeeming coupons, lottery tickets, or credit card points.

This 3-part series for the new year is all about getting into step with the things the Bible tells us to walk in. We are encouraged to walk in obedience, wisdom, and light. What does it mean to live those things out? How do we come to grips with those ideas and make them something we don’t just
have to do, but want to do?

In this four-week series, we will look at the vital need to cultivate the spiritual practices of solitude and silence in the midst of our always-connected, digital world. Jesus, himself, modeled the importance of withdrawing from the busyness of life for times of prayer and rest. By developing practices of withdrawing, entering the secret place of prayer, resting, journaling, sharing meals with others, and celebrating communion, we, as followers of Jesus, can find physical, emotional, and mental rest and spiritual refreshing in God. #BeStill #TheSalvationArmy
