Tribe!! As we are all indoors, and on lockdown, even as some of our states have begun to open up we still have to find ways to adapt to our new lives.  It's not a new normal, but a shift in how we live our life.  The best way to help you with that change is having a mentor.  There is a saying, "War doesn't wait until you are ready" and now our world is in a radical change.   Today’s guest is Kevin Harris, President of Radical Mentoring, an intentional small group mentoring process to help church pastors engage men, build a core group of leaders, and transform their churches. Kevin is passionate about being a resource for church leaders that have incorporated small group mentoring into their disciple-making strategy. Kevin and I speak about how we as men can not only break certain societal stigmas, and become the leaders God, our family, and our communities want and need.  These are some crazy times we are living in and we have to be able adapt quickly.  the best way we can do that is by Faith, but also having a mentor to guide you through help help discern what God is doing for you in your life.  Reach out to Kevin and take advantage of his resources, FREE!!  Check out Radical Mentoring and change your life!!  Don't plan for the worst and hope for the best, Plan for the best and adapt to the worst. kevin@radicalmentoring.com radicalmentoring.com Instagram @radicalmentoring www.facebook.com/RadicalMentoring Linkedin in/kevin-harris Twitter @RadicalMentors Don't forget to follow me on Facebook, www.facebook.com/faithfullyled.sean and on instagram @faithfully_led --- Send in a voice message: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/faithfullyled/message Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/faithfullyled/support

TRIBE!!  Yes, I am now posting my interviews on You Tube so everyone can enjoy.  I recorded this episode yesterday with Pastor Steve Hinton.  I previously had him on the show a few weeks back, and if you didn't get a chance to check out that interview, I will post the link so you can listen in and get acquainted.    https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/faithfully-led/id1436626829?i=1000458226807      Pastor Steve called me last week and told me about a sermon he had given about fear. He hated if we could do a podcast together speaking about this since everyone is in limbo concerning how to move forward after quarantine.  I knew right away that this was a great idea, I just didn't know how God was going to come through our conversation.    We all have no idea what to expect after all of this, and many of us are going through an incredibly difficult time right now, and we all can't help but have some fear.  It's normal to fear, but what we don't want is for that fear to take over and control our ever thought that we have.   Pastor Steve and I go over some great points, and I even gave some detailed notes on what were talking about below so you can read and understand for yourself.  If you want to reach out, please don't hesitate to contact me directly on FB  www.facebook.com/faithfullyled.sean or on instagram @faithfully_led  I pray this helps you overcome your fear, and helps you put God at the center! Embrace uncertainty

Embrace uncertainty

2019-01-2207:50

Life as we know it is uncertain.  We can always predict, and plan, but no one truly knows what life is going to throw at us when we least expect it, hence UNCERTAINTY.  With the OODA Loop concept we can learn how to embrace that uncertainty and become more passionate about life, rather than emotional.  In this episode I touch on how being emotional can just Lead to becoming irrational, and opens the door to anxiety, and depression.  Follow me on Instagram @Faithfully_led Facebook FaithfullyLed and email me if you have an idea or comment that you want to share sean@faithfullyled.com Like and subscribe to my youtube channel Faithfully Led --- Send in a voice message: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/faithfullyled/message Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/faithfullyled/support
This week's topic is finding your breakthrough. We all struggle to get ahead, and we look to outside sources for either inspiration, or to place the blame on something for us not getting what we want. This week I am going to show you how to get that breakthrough and what you need to do to change your thoughts. Sean@faithfullyled.com www.faithfullyled.com Please share some of your limiting beliefs that you were given as a kid, and growing up, and compare them with what you believe to be true. If they aren't true, they don't serve a purpose, and we must get rid of them, because they are only holding us back and limiting God's power. --- Send in a voice message: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/faithfullyled/message Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/faithfullyled/support

Tribe, here we are! The episode that I have been talking about with the one and only Chris Mitchell.  This episode more than any other episode had such a profound impact on me.  Chris'  amazing story will not only make you think about what defines you, but will change your perspective of how we look at our lives.  I had such a great time with Chris and I knew that this was the opportunity to share his story.  We are living in very precarious times where we need a different perspective on life.  God is always with us, and shows up in everyone, and people like Chris shows us just that!! Identity

Tribe!!  Man, this has been one heck of a week for me, and for the rest of us, one heck of a year.  Some of us unfortunately have lost more than they have ever imagined.  Our nation as a whole has lost sight of what we stand for, and our identity.  In this episode I speak about the importance of knowing who we are and our identity.  If we don't know who we are as an individual, how can we contribute to a group?  Also, I touch on the most incredible opportunity that I have that I am raising the funds for, and here is the link if you can share or donate, https://gf.me/u/ygfqcy  I was just offered a spot to speak on 10-30 Minute episodes on Tunein Radio with non other than Jill Nicolini.  We will talk about leadership and faith.  This will take the ministry to over 68 MILLION listeners.  I can't do it alone, I need your help to raise the funds for the airtime.  As you know I am a single father of 3, and your help is greatly appreciated.  Please donate and help out!! Tribe, with everything going on in the world, we can never be prepared enough.  God will always throw us a curve, and we have to be able to adapt.  With everything going on right now, there is a lot of uncertainty, but also a ton of information and not enough wisdom.  Alex and Sarah Dumas bring just that, WISDOM!!  Today we talk about being prepared in business, from finances, and also how to support the transition at home.  How we can support each other, or find that support that we need to get through these challenging times.   We can never get too far away from God, he will always find a way to bring us back...but we have to be listening.  Alex and Sarah, the DYNAMIC DUO POWER COUPLE gives the best advice to help make that happen.  To help you listen to not only wisdom, but God's word.   Check out Alex and Sarah at Abundancedaily.com and contact them directly for help, and to put you on the right path to success.  Don't forget tribe to be a part of the community at www.Facebook.com/faithfullyled.sean and also if you like reading, and want to be a part of that awesome book club, check out Lathan Craft and I at www.ctcrc.us I promise you won't be disappointed!! --- Send in a voice message: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/faithfullyled/message Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/faithfullyled/support

One day I was scrolling through Facebook, being distracted...as I do many times, lol.  I came across this awesome podcast called Couples On Fire, with Josh and Kristy Groce.  This couple is absolutely on FIRE for not only the lord, but for serving other couples and those who are in need of recovery.  Josh has an incredible story of overcoming adversity, from being shot at the age of 15, to finally being saved 11 1/2 years ago.  Kristy had to overcome abuse and addiction herself, to be brought together by God with Josh.  Together they host a recovery group called Celebrate Recovery.  Kristy is also earning her masters in leadership...something that I am passionate about and we discuss.  You can check them out on Facebook every Tuesday at 7PM EST, and also go to www.cofpodcast.com and get to know both Josh and Kristy.   Reach out and let them help you on your journey in recovery, and knowing Christ!! Tribe!! Alex and Sarah are a married couple with two kids. They have built several successful businesses from Network Marketing to Financial Services. A number of these years were spent building teams and serving clients… separately. Alex and Sarah never ‘mixed’ their businesses or got involved with what the other spouse was doing. Keeping their opportunities separate led to spending precious time apart and ‘hustling’ becoming burnt out, and unfulfilled In 2018, they decided to team up together to create Abundance Daily Inc. This decision came as a realization that to achieve their goals it would be easier and more effective to work as a team rather than separate entities.  Today we talk about the need to serve other ambitious power couples through coaching and their T.E.A.M.W.O.R.K. model. Tribe!! As you all know I served proudly in our armed forces for over 17 years.  You learn a thing or two about leadership, but you also tend to think that those skills automatically transfer over when you leave the service.  Many entrepreneurs like myself found out the hard way.  My guest today is someone I am proud to not only call my friend, but family!  Chris Galluccio and I served together work on F-16 Fighter jets.  I was the guy who took care of the entire jet, but he was the guy who ensured the pilot ejections system was always ready to perform flawlessly.   The skills that we both acquired, attention to detail, ensuring that the paperwork was correct, communication, training, all of these and more we lived every day of our careers.  Chris has his own photography business, which you all have to not only follow, but check out because it is amazing!! You can check it out at www.ChristopherGalluccio.com but what he didn't realize was building a business wasn't anything like servicing, or repairing the ACES II ejection seats inside of the F-16.   Chris Created www.ThoughtsWordsActions.com and has his own course that he created that will help you, the military entrepreneur how to navigate the frustrations of building a business, but utilizing your skills that you learned while serving to your benefit.  Chris' knowledge about this subject is immense, and something that not only veterans can use, but entrepreneurs in general.   Tribe, don't forget to post on the FB page, www.facebook.com/faithfullyled.sean and let me know what you think!! --- Send in a voice message: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/faithfullyled/message Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/faithfullyled/support
Tribe!!  As you all may know I am a licensed Life Insurance Agent in the State of NJ, and on this episode I am speaking with a team member Keith Jones.  Keith has been an entrepreneur for over 30 YEARS!!  Yes, 3 decades worth of experience in business, but also he has over 5 years of experience with life insurance.   Today we discuss the importance of being prepared for the inevitable.  During this crazy time during the Coronavirus and the uncertainty of life in general, we all need to be prepared for what we leave behind for our family. The importance of having the final expense issue taken care of, and how to stay in business for decades to come.  some businesses will never reopen their doors, and some will have their entire livelihoods destroyed by what is going on.  Keith and I discuss ways to keep that from happening to you, and how you can stay prepared and even thrive during the most uncertain of times.   If you are in the NJ Area, and want to learn more on how to be prepared, and what should be your next steps to take during these uncertain times, email me at sean@faithfullyled.com and let's set up a time to go over what you may need for the future.   www.facebook.com/faithfullyled.sean --- Send in a voice message: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/faithfullyled/message Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/faithfullyled/support

Lathan is the author of The Leper in the Church: Stories From the Unseen, a book about mental illness and the Church, and is currently working on a series of books about some of the lesser known characters in the Bible.
