This is the most important episode for Engaging Life's Moments Presents. In this episode we come to a truth moment that: prostitution is sex trafficking. Last year I had the most incredible opportunity to interview activist, abolitionist, singer/song writer, teacher and sex trafficking survivor, Cynthia Borsellino. I first came in contact with Cynthia at a Q&A called Voices. I then learned that there was a documentary film called Honeychild about her story as a prostitute and a sex trafficking survivor. With the news that sex trafficking survivor Cyntoia Brown received clemency for a 51 year prison sentence, I knew this was the right moment to release this interview. You will get to hear Cynthia's story of healing, restoration and redemption as she talks about her life being redeemed through her faith in Jesus Christ. --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/elifesmoments/support

Lastly, we have a special interview from the CEO/Founder of Hope Rising Ministries. --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/elifesmoments/support

I had the amazing opportunity to interview the CEO and Founder of  Project AK-47  Marcus Young. When I first heard about Project AK-47 I knew I had to find out more of what they are doing, especially in reference to rescuing children who are child soldiers. For the past 10 years I have been on a quest to bring awareness to human trafficking. But I've realised that child soldiers hadn't crossed my mind in almost 20 years. My buddy and I, Chris Massie (M4C Media) were at a July 4th concert. In this podcast you'll hear about how I came to realise this and an interview with a recording artist named Jake Gill. --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/elifesmoments/support
In this episode, we continue the journey in McAllen, Texas to cover the immigration issues plaguing the US/Mexico border. The narrative going in was that there was widespread trafficking, but after multiple interviews that narrative has changed. You'll hear an interview from an immigration attorney as well as an owner from an orphanage along the border. --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/elifesmoments/support
This is the very first podcast for Engaging Life's Moments. I had an opportunity to visit the border town of McAllen, Texas. The reason: hearing that child trafficking was happening as the issues of immigration at the border was coming to head. In April, the attorney general and president implemented a "zero tolerance" policy to an already established policy of detaining ones crossing the border. I wanted to get more information for myself to present. Here is At The Border, Part 1. --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/elifesmoments/support
