I’m back from my trip. It was good. I didn’t post at all on this podcast. I feel a bit of regret for not having posted. So this episode is me processing that and talking about how i have dealt with this emotion.

We can experience joy even in the most painful and confusing times of life. This is a huge lesson I am learning. To let myself be happy even when I’m struggling with something.
