We had members of the Fort Myers Beach Art Association tell us about their plans for rebuilding the destroyed Art Association building and parents trying to convince the Lee County School Board to save The Beach School after Hurricane Ian.
We gave Mari and Megan another $20,000 toward the 33931 fund. Eddie Rood donated $1,700 to the fund. John King does his final interview before the election. 
The team from Dry Air Restoration joined us to discuss how to remove mold from the homes on Fort Myers Beach that were severely damaged by the storm surge from the Gulf of Mexico and Back Bay waters caused by Hurricane Ian. John Albion is running for Lee County Board again. Dr. Traci Kohler is the new Beach School Principal. Michael Braun is leaving the News-Press after 17 years to take on a new role at WGCU.
