when you really love someone you do not depend on him/her.you just feel joy when you are with them and you let them go if they want to leave you. you were left because you depended on them.

This is so great. Thank you for sharing your experience and insights. I think what she said about using the third person to talk to yourself is so smart. It's like your higher self, your best friend and someone has your back. It's totally therapeutic to feel supported, even if it is yourself. Spirituality also serves this function. Connecting to something larger. Feeling a part of something and getting positive feedback. Helping you do this for yourself when you are your worst critic is rewiring your brain.

This podcast was great, I really needed this motivation. Sometimes people just need to hear others going thru the same thing so you will be fine and know not to give up.

new listener here, your voice is so friendly and your advice is not a bunch of this dr. said this and this dr. said that... its genuine "I tried this and it worked for me" I love that. your podcast is not what I would deem "slick", just plain ole advice and encouragement from a friend. thanks keep up the good work and I'll keep listening!!!
