Anxiety exists. Now that's a fact. We have to acknowledge the way our children are feeling and get the right help and the right tools to build resilience and resistance to this pandemic.  As parents, we need to be able to see behaviour changes, low feelings and emotions, change in routines and we have to be gentle when we are adressing this issue in teens and young people.  I have a 17 year old student joining me in building this awareness and sharing her story of how she overcame anxiety and depression.
