It is easy to get swept up into the panic, fear and anxiety when you are experiencing a pandemic. Anytime the next moment is unknown and you are given new rules and regulations to be safe, it is scary. Yet we do have a choice to go into fear or be realistic, safe and proactive. I am choosing to be proactive, safe and choosing to use this time to be productive and take care of my mental and physical health. As things are so called being taken away from, I am asking myself how do I want to fill this time? How can I focus on self-care during this time of stress?
We mistake infatuation for chemistry, true-love and finding our soul-mate. We are taught that Infatuation is the journey to happiness and finding our life partner. But if you are open to Infatuation, you are lacking wholeness, because Infatuation is "you have something I don't have". Let's dive deeper.
