I want you to understand how a behavior problem can impact a business. You should not be losing money working on challenging dogs.

This week we're talking about kindness. Are we being kind? Would this dog think that we're being kind? How can thinking about kindness change our point of view?
True of False, the only way to teach a dog about grooming is by grooming them. Is that true? Is it false? Is there more to it? Find out in the first part.    In the second part we'll talk about how itchiness affects behavior.    
In the first part we'll talk about times when we may be thinking that "this doesn't hurt" but who gets to decide what hurts and what doesn't. Who get's to decide what's scary or what isn't. In the second part we'll talk about if we're causing pain, injuries, or fear. Want to learn more about behavior?
