Sharing my side of the story! And talking about the difference between these two!

Tried to explain the reason why I have started podacast. I feel like, in our day to day life we are becoming less expressive because of all the pressure that we have to go through. We're not sharing our problems and keeping them to ourselves only to build up more room for frustration and depression. I want to start a practice series of how to listen to others without being judgmental and how to show empathy while doing so. A lot is coming so be a part of the journey!

It's a journey of me breaking my depression. I don't know whether it'll be an easy ride or a bumpy one. All I know is that, I want to get out of it! Depression is increasing in an alarming way in our youth and I am no exception. Be with me as I unfold the chapters of day to day life's misery, hope others will connect with it and together we can build a better community and try to cure ourselves from the clutches of this horrible feeling.
