How you handle your  failures says a ton about how much you love what you are doing in life.  In this episode, Gary talks to "Impractical Joker" star, Joe Gatto,  about the importance of failures and why you need to embrace them. If  you don't love the process, even when you fail, then you likely are not  truly in love with what you are doing in life. If you are still figuring  out what you like and what you want to do with your life, ask yourself  what is something you love so much, that even when you fail or it  doesn't go as planned, that you still want to do it. When people hear the name Gary Vaynerchuk, they tend to think "motivational speaker" or "social media influencer" when in reality that is only a small fraction of what he has been doing the past 44 years. Gary is predominantly a businessman, who has an exceptional eye for emerging trends and consumer behaviors. From the lemonade stands that he used to run as a kid to selling Empathy Wines to Constellation Brands, Gary has always been a business operator first, but money is never the main focus for him. With the unique combination of hard work, patience, empathy, and kindness, Gary hopes to inspire future generations to go after what truly makes them happy and go against the grain of what society deems "normal" or the "right way to live". The importance that  people and brands place on follower counts or the impressions their  content receives is grossly overvalued. I can’t say numbers don’t  matter, but the value everyone places on these numbers needs to be  reconsidered. There is just too much emphasis on the width of  engagement—how many potential connections they make—rather than the  depth of those interactions which, in my eyes, is far more important... Gary, my daughter is taking you literally. She don’t like going to college, but doesn’t have a Plan B. Trump is paying for college, and she’s taking it for granted. She got $4,000 just for going to college. Easiest way to make money and she doesn’t want to continue. I wouldn’t mind, but she’s not expressing what’s Plan B. Please talk about that.
