Not all beliefs are bad, accept for limiting beliefs. But what are they and are they even real? You may hear a lot about them but maybe have not received a real and understandable explanation of what they exactly are and if you should be worried about them from a psychological stand point. Everything that you think, believe, and feel affect your actions, which in turn affect the results you experience during your life. You can waste a lot of your energy and time trying to change your external circumstances, but if you don’t change your inner life, then your results will most likely be a lot less than you expected. Reprogramming your subconscious mind is much like reprogramming a computer, if you have no idea how to do it, the task can seem very daunting, however if you are taught a few simple lines of code, then you can make massive changes in the way the computer operates.  This is very much the same with our subconscious mind!
