Ben, Brad, and Nate are wrapping up the Christmas season (no pun intended) with a dose of holiday fun! They've all been watching Christmas movies like A Christmas Story, Red One, and That Christmas. But on top of that, all three of them also watched Carry-On, which is basically the new Die Hard (though not quite as good). Brad has also been watching a few other things, but Ben is really excited about his thoroughly inappropriate streaming series that he can't get enough of. Plus, we talk about the trailers for Karate Kid: Legends (STARRING FAMED IMPROVISER RALPH MACCHIO) and Superman (IT'S A BIRD, IT'S A PLANE, IT'S GOVERNMENT DRONES!). Are you feeling our Christmas spirit? That sounds dirty. Sorry. (No, we're not).-- Go Flix Yourself is hosted by Bradford Oman, Ben Konowitz, and Nate Loucks. Ben, Brad, and Nate are feeling festive and fun, and guest Teresa Ruminski, who has a history with Ben that we've hilariously discussed before, is joining them! Nate is back with a slew of Christmas movies he watched, and Ben has been digging into some holiday classics like Christmas Vacation and Scrooged (for the first time?!). Meanwhile, Brad is immersing himself in cinema before the end of the year gets here, with movies like A Different Man, The Apprentice, The Order, and Juror #2. Also, Teresa watches ski films and buried the lede on a holiday favorite. No trailers this week because we don't follow anyone's rules! Not even our own! Smoke'em if you got'em!-- Go Flix Yourself is hosted by Bradford Oman, Ben Konowitz, and Nate Loucks. Ben, Brad, and Nate are back, and all they are is dust in the wind. But they also love movies, and they have no idea what mud is really made out of at all. Nate finally watched his assigned movie, which he loved, and he also watched some Christmas movies. Ben is catching up his boys on the Harry Potter franchise, and he had a fright with Alien: Romulus. Finally, Brad, went on a trip with Will & Harper, took The Substance, and hung out with some Sweethearts. Plus, we talk about the trailers for Snow White (HI-NOOOOOO!) and Elio (NOT THE MIGHTY DUCKS MAN!). This one's a hoot! Ben, Brad, and Nate are well-rested after a forced break due to the poor scheduling of someone who shall not remain nameless, because it was Ben! Anywhoozle, Charlie Young joins us on the podcast again, and we've all been watching some movies! Nate is getting in the Christmas spirit with The Merry Gentleman, and he also celebrated the New Year by watching Y2K with Brad and meeting Kyle Mooney. Meanwhile, Brad has been hitting up movie theaters for Anora, Moana 2, and much more! Ben pretends to be angry about watching Once, but he loved it. And Charlie experienced Saturday Night! Finally, we watch the trailers for Mission: Impossible - The Final Reckoning (CRUISE CONTROL!) and the live-action remake of How to Train Dragon (HICCUP? MORE LIKE BARF!). Get stuffed before you get stuffed! Know what I mean?-- Go Flix Yourself is hosted by Bradford Oman, Ben Konowitz, and Nate Loucks. Ben, Brad, and Nate are in a new podcast studio! And it's a shitty basement with wasps! Ben is in a new house, Brad did an edible, and the podcast mixes things up by starting off with two games! Brad has been to the theater a bunch of times to see stuff like Here, Conclave, and Gladiator II, and Ben has issues with where Brad puts hands on his own body. Nate stopped by the Snack Shack, but has been more busy in The West Wing. Ben said Beetlejuice Beetlejuice, and he also hung out with Harold and the Purple Crayon. Plus, we watch the trailers for Captain America: Brave New World (HULK FORD!), Carry-On (BATEMAN IS A BAD MAN!), and Dear Santa (COULD IT BE, SATAN?!). Come on down the chimney, won't you?-- Go Flix Yourself is hosted by Bradford Oman, Ben Konowitz, and Nate Loucks. Ben, Brad, and Nate recorded this before the election, so don't mistake their fun for happiness. Anyway. Brad catches up with an assignment he forgot to talk about last time, and he also goes to war with We Were Soldiers. Nate spent some time with John Travolta as an angel, and Ben wasn't in the mood for a beautiful drama like Brooklyn. Meanwhile, neither Nate nor Brad were impressed with Venom: The Last Dance, but Brad saw one of the best movies of the year, even if Nate and Ben didn't like the artsy teaser trailer that was released for it. Everyone's a critic. We hope that this offers you some reprieve from the hellish landscape of the world today, especially when it comes to Ben's confusion about the crows in Dumbo. Let's march to our doom with laughter! -- Go Flix Yourself is hosted by Bradford Oman, Ben Konowitz, and Nate Loucks. What's this? The first cross-podcast episode. Write this day in your history books, friends. Ben, Brad, and Nate host a podcast called "The Ten to One Podcast," where they review and discuss new episodes of Saturday Night Live. They also have a universally beloved film and comedy podcast called "Go Flix Yourself." These three friends and fellas were particularly excited for these two passions to merge in "Saturday Night," a new movie by Jason Reitman that explores the 90 minutes leading up to the premiere of the first episode of SNL on October 11, 1975. This is a bonus episode where they talk exclusively about "Saturday Night" and they hope you enjoy it. -- Go Flix Yourself and the Ten to One Podcast are hosted by Bradford Oman, Ben Konowitz, and Nate Loucks. Please take a moment to rate, review, and subscribe to Go Flix Yourself and the Ten to One Podcast, and join the conversation on Facebook and Twitter.
Ben, Brad, and Nate are finishing off spooky season with a whimper. While Brad has kept on enjoying Friday the 13th and is moving into the Nightmare on Elm Street franchise to lead into Freddy vs Jason, Nate was too scared to complete his assigned movie. But Ben definitely watched his assignment, and just hearing him talk about it is a treat in itself. Plus, Brad saw Smile 2, Nate cried through The Wild Robot and found some new Brothers in Josh Brolin and Peter Dinklage. Unfortunately, Brad totally forgot to talk about his assignment, so he'll get that on the next episode. But we still talk about the trailers for Wolf Man (ZOMBIE GANDALF!) and The Electric State (FROM THE DIRECTORS OF THE GRAY MAN!). Let's have some fun in your ears!-- Go Flix Yourself is hosted by Bradford Oman, Ben Konowitz, and Nate Loucks. Ben, Brad, and Nate are on a pretty good run. Well, a brisk walk, anyway. It's about time everyone watched their assignments and had a good time doing so. Ben got abducted by aliens (No One Will Save You) and argued with his girlfriend about how to watch movies, Nate went to the future and tried to capture Simon Phoenix (Demolition Man), and Brad broke out of prison and got revenge (The Count of Monte Cristo). Besides that, Brad is really the only one taking the art of movies (and TV) seriously, as you'll hear in this episode. But the good news is that we talk about the trailers for A Complete Unknown (CHALAMET GOES ELECTRIC!) and Moana 2 (HEI HEI IS BAY BAY). Plus, Nate brought a game to complete the episode! Amazing! Let's make like an old breast implant and get popping!-- Go Flix Yourself is hosted by Bradford Oman, Ben Konowitz, and Nate Loucks. Ben, Brad, and Nate are feeling those fall vibes. By that, I mean the number of movies that some of the people on the podcast have watched has taken a drastic fall. Like, we're talking a Tears in Heaven kind of tumble. Ben somehow wasn't impressed by Tootsie, but he had fun watching Disney's Hercules, so whatever. Brad spent some time with Trey Parker and Matt Stone as they tried to fix Casa Bonita in a new documentary, and he got into spooky season with a couple of new horror movies and threw it back to the '90s with a Clint Eastwood action thriller. Nate also did his assignment, which was a classic sci-fi horror flick. No jokes. Just facts. Plus, we talk about the trailers for Juror #2 (WHERE ARE YOU?) and Companion (LADY ON FIRE!). Would you also like to play a game with us? Yes, have some!-- Go Flix Yourself is hosted by Bradford Oman, Ben Konowitz, and Nate Loucks. Ben, Brad, and Nate sat in a room and talked about movies, okay? They also chat about a bunch of other stuff too, like Funyuns. I don't need to tell you that Ben didn't watch his assigned movie because you can just assume it at this point. But he did watch all of the Vince McMahon docuseries, so that's cool, I guess? Meanwhile, Nate watched The 'Burbs, and Brad watched Little Shop of Horrors from 1986. Plus, it's the spooky season, and The Invisible Man is cuckoo. We also talk about the trailers for Ballerina (A JOHN WICK STORY!) and Sinners (MICHAEL B. KILLING VAMPIRES!). Let's get jack-o'-lanterned and make some bad decisions!-- Go Flix Yourself is hosted by Bradford Oman, Ben Konowitz, and Nate Loucks. Ben, Brad, and Nate are back to their regularly scheduled podcasting. But here's the thing, Ben and Nate are a little rusty with their assignments. Of course, it's a whole thing with Ben as to why he didn't watch his movie, but somehow still had time to watch four hours of a TV docuseries about American Gladiators. Meanwhile, Nate watched a movie with Denzel Washington but didn't watch the right one with Denzel Washington. However, Brad came through with flying colors by watching two assignments, going to the theater four times, and watching a horror classic and an indie gem from this year. This guy loves movies and the podcast, and he respects you, the listener. Nate and Ben, on the other hand? We'll let you be the judge. Ben wouldn't even do a good trailer song when we watched the previews for Thunderbolts* (FULL! FILLED!) and Mickey 17 (SO MANY ROBERTS PATTINSONS!). Do you want to come and play? We'll hop hop hop hop, whaddya say?-- Go Flix Yourself is hosted by Bradford Oman, Ben Konowitz, and Nate Loucks. Folks, Ben, Brad, and Nate are finally back. We know it's been a long delay, and all we can do is highlight how much we have to blame Ben's awful health. But the good news is that we've seen a bunch of movies, including our assignments, and Alex Pappas is here to join in the fun! Ben has certainly been busy, watching the likes of Falling Down, The Birdcage, Mr. Deeds, and his long-assigned movie What If. Meanwhile, Nate re-watched 50/50 and checked off his assignment of Bad Words. Finally, Brad has been theater hopping to catch Beetlejuice Beetlejuice and Saturday Night. Also, all three hosts have seen Rebel Ridge on Netflix! Wow! Would you believe we also have time for trailers? We watched the final trailer for Venom: The Last Dance (EDDIE!) and Minecraft (STEVE!) This is an extended episode, just as a treat, since we've been gone for so long, so we hope you enjoy this audio rodeo!-- Go Flix Yourself is hosted by Bradford Oman, Ben Konowitz, and Nate Loucks. Ben, Brad, and Nate are back, but here's the thing: two of these guys are total failures on this podcast. Not only did Ben fail to watch his assignment from two weeks ago, but he also failed to give Nate a movie to watch. But that's not all because Nate didn't go out of his way to ensure Ben gave him one. Thankfully, Cameron Jones is on the show, and he’s seen movies like Green Room and Pirates of the Caribbean. Meanwhile, Brad is a beautiful, sweet angel full of love for cinema. Ben watched stuff like the second half of Unfrosted and all of Star Wars: The Phantom Menace, Nate saw The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare and a bit of Bad Monkey, Brad went to space with Alien: Romulus and had fun with White House Down and more. Plus, we talk about the trailers for Saturday Night (LIVE FROM NEW YORK!), Rebel Ridge (RAMBO: SECOND FIRST BLOOD, NOT PART II), and Y2K (ROLLIN' ROLLIN' ROLLIN'). Stick around for a fun game too! Ears open, sound up; that's the way we like to listen to podcasts!-- Go Flix Yourself is hosted by Bradford Oman, Ben Konowitz, and Nate Loucks. Ben, Brad, and Nate are talking about motion pictures again, and this time, they've all seen Deadpool & Wolverine. In fact, they brought Charlie Young back, and he's also seen it! We take a deep dive into the sequel Nate backs the wrong multiverse movie. Brad is the only one who understands what the Multiverse saga means, and everyone enjoys Funnel Cake Balls. There's no Trailer Time because we decided to catch up on a bunch of movies, like M. Night Shyamalan's Trap, Gladiator, The Bikeriders, Miami Vice, Godzilla x Kong, and many more! It's a regular movie bonanza! Crank up the reel to 24 frames per second! Let's go!-- Go Flix Yourself is hosted by Bradford Oman, Ben Konowitz, and Nate Loucks. Ben, Brad, and Nate got caught up in the Twisters! That's right, we all entered the Suck Zone, and there was imminent rueage. So many movies, so little time. Brad's been hitting the theater for some Longlegs and hung out with Deadpool & Wolverine (don't worry, no spoilers), Ben got his ankles hit by a sledgehammer with Misery, and Nate made Contact with science and faith. However, Paul Scheer may be the man who tears them apart. We also reluctantly discuss the trailer for Joker: Folie à Deux (FOIE GRAS!). Plus, we have 2.5 games for you! How's that for fun?! Who's ready for the ear choo-choo?!-- Go Flix Yourself is hosted by Bradford Oman, Ben Konowitz, and Nate Loucks. Ben, Brad, and Nate are really on a roll lately, eh? Well, this week, they tried something new by taking on an assignment from a listener. That's right, one of our loyal listeners assigned us a film that none of us had seen. It's a western called Silverado! But that's not all, because Brad took a trip back to the 1980s for a couple of throwbacks with the Brat Pack and Michael J. Fox. Nate also watched Hot Rod for the first time! And Ben barely finished Silverado, but at least he watched Blues Brothers 2000, since we all did that for The Ten to One Podcast (go listen to that too!). We also talk about the trailers for Captain America: Brave New World (RED HULK SMASH!) and Gladiator II (ROMAN BOOGALOO!). Nate may have brought a game, even though it's not really a game, but we still had a good time, and we hope you do too, friends. Listen to our chatters! Ben, Brad, and Nate have a problem, and it's releasing podcast episodes that some might consider too long. Honestly, it's up to you. Some people are saying they like'em long. Others are saying they want it tighter. Either way, it borders on being a very sexual conversation. Anyway, we've seen plenty of movies, including the low-budget thriller Cube, the outstanding Pig with Nicolas Cage, and the hitman comedy Grosse Point Blank. Plus, two-thirds of us have seen Beverly Hills Cop: Axel F. We also take some time to talk about the trailers for F1 (VROOOOOM!), Heretic (WHERE IS YOUR GOD?!), and Agatha All Along (TOO LATE!). Fireworks may be over, but we're still poppin' off, baby!-- Go Flix Yourself is hosted by Bradford Oman, Ben Konowitz, and Nate Loucks. Ben, Brad, and Nate are getting a little self-indulgent with a big 4th of July blowout! That means this episode is much longer than usual, just because we couldn't help it. Also, it could have been even longer, but we spared you a very long, boring court story from Nate. You're welcome. But there are some fun edits in here because of it. Join us as we talk about The Long Kiss Goodnight, A Time to Kill, and both Alien and Aliens, which made Nate very scared of space again, and maybe a little bit of TV too. Plus, it's Christmas in July, so we watched the trailers for The Best Christmas Pageant Ever (THANKS, JESUS!) and Red One (GARCIA!). Light the fuse and launch the podcast! Like fireworks!-- Go Flix Yourself is hosted by Bradford Oman, Ben Konowitz, and Nate Loucks. Ben, Brad, and Nate are cracking up in this episode, but what else is new? Ben is living life on the Edge of Seventeen, Brad learned some lessons from Morgan Freeman, and even though Nate went to the theater, he ignored an assignment given to him live on air and opted to just go on living his life. Shame. Thankfully, he makes up for it by calling out Ben on his hypocrisy. Meanwhile, Brad did an edible, so he's having a good time. Plus, we talk about the trailers for Nosferatu (THE STREETS!), The Penguin (TAKE IT EASY, SWEETHEART!) and You're Cordially Invited (TO A WEDDING COMEDY!). Let us know how you feel about Tom Skerritt. Let us roam in your ears!-- Go Flix Yourself is hosted by Bradford Oman, Ben Konowitz, and Nate Loucks.
