Through each other’s experiences they’ve dedicated their time to helping individuals that have been incarcerated, struggle with addiction, and mental health. They’ve decided that they’ve got a story to tell, and want to help make a difference in their community.

Lets get this Monday Mission started! Lets start changing our perspective and get Mondays back in the mix of things. Mondays create opportunities as long as you're willing to see them! Understanding that life happens when you start being open to new ideas. Monday never did anything wrong to you and it's about time Monday stands up! New movement. Same mission. It's Monday.
In the day and age where everything is right at our fingertips, how can we learn to appreciate the process.  Learning to fall in love with the process and understanding your why. When you finally understand the plans and trust your coaching or team, things become a lot less stressful and you're able to block out the "outside noise". Focusing on the task at hand and being okay with who you are and what you're doing is the ultimate key to understanding and appreciating delayed gratification.  Artist: Logic: "Last Call"
This episode goes into how failing to prepare can really affect you down the road. You can't see the immediate ramifications of failed preparation but it's important to really be self aware! Understanding where you are falling behind is key to progressing forward. 
Malcolm and Ricky go into discussion of when you should or shouldn't continue to provide help to someone. Malcolm believes that majority of people need to want help before they are willing to make a change. Ricky feels it's necessary for every person to be given the opportunity no matter if they ask for help or not.
Ricky and Malcolm dive into this new fad called "misery". Why is it so popular by demand? Lets talk about different strategies on how to deviate from the miserable people in life. How can we change the direction of every person's mindset when it comes to positive thinking?
Over the course of a couple weeks, Ricky and Malcolm have been competing in local competitions. Ricky was involved in a one day event in Davie, FL by the name of The Ripped Games. Malcolm competed in a three day event in Miami, FL by the name of Wodapalooza. They discuss the pre, intra and post of competing and explain how to apply it to everyday life.
