Happy Thanksgiving! Learn about some yummy pumpkin recipes and join Jessica, Jocelin, & Dru on their attempt to make a Pumpkin Spice Latte.

It's summertime, so you know what that means? It's all about being outside and soaking up those sun rays. Well, as you know, too much of anything can make you sick.  Including the sun, so listen up and get our tips/advice on being safe under the sun.  #sunsafety
With fears of COVID-19 still around, some parents may be tempted to leave their child alone in the vehicle while they quickly run into a store. A car can become like an oven in a very short time – heating up by 19 degrees in just 10 minutes. Dru and Jocelin give you tips to prevent heatstroke in hot cars as well as remind you to NOT leave anyone (baby, fur baby, elderly adult) alone in the vehicle, especially since the heat is rising this summer.

Have you been stress eating? Eating during times of stress is common. It is usually in response to an emotion such as fear, anger, sadness, boredom, and even during times of loneliness. Thus, today’s episode is about why stress eating happens, foods commonly craved during stress eating, and how stress eating can impact our health. The team shares their tips to help overcome the urge to eat when times are stressful.
Feeling stressed? COVID-19 has caused some anxiety lately, so here's a method to help keep you or your loved ones feel calm, cool, and collected. Nicole talks/walks you through this sensory method.
