This podcast is dedicated to breaking down how this is possible through his own teachings, as well as fascinating interviews with deeply experienced professionals of their fields from all backgrounds.

The correlation between discipline and one's mental health is strong. Various studies have shown how building discipline can decrease anxiety and depression in subjects. Discipline has completely changed my life. I talk about what discipline is, compared to what it's believed to be, and how to build it in your life with simple steps. Jodie Bell has her honours in Psychology and is well on her way to a Ph.D. in Cognitive Neuroscience. She shares her findings on how compassion practices and meditation practices can benefit those that struggle with mental health, as well as their tie in with helping those that suffer from Dementia and Alzheimer's disease. Ryan is a naturopath and a breathwork facilitator. He thrives, eats well, and lives well, but it never used to be like that. What even is happiness? This must be defined by you first. Understanding how the brain operates is so important for understanding mental health. As a women who has faced the struggle of needing to put up a front of worthiness in order to be accepted by those around her, Sakula speaks to us about the challenges that we can all resonate with of feeling lesser than. Daniel Batten has been through trauma. From his own internal struggles, to losing his first born child. From a life that built up massive amounts of stress, Daniel (with the help from Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shanker and his teachings) learnt how to move through stress. One of the most inspiring men that I know. James Cameron lived a life of alcohol, regret and suffering. Having 10 beers and half a bottle of red wine a night when he was 18, James not long after experienced his father’s death. Reacting to this, James nearly killed himself alongside another family in this decision to end things. However, reaching a turning point in the final few seconds, James managed to go from suffering… to thriving. On his journey, not only did he face immense pressure business and relationship wise, he also had tremendous past trauma he was still working through. Even after building a 7-figure business on the back end of 70-100 hour work weeks, he found that this was just not how he wanted to live. James spent 2 years in a Buddhist monastery, has worked closely with a coach for years, and has done some intense inner work in order to cultivate the man he is today. He has coached myself for over a year, and many others (some programs reaching $180,000 per year - he’s another level). From divorce, issues with alcohol and drugs, sleeping on the couch and struggling with his mental health, Troy Casey (aka. The Certified Health Nut) transformed his life with certain aspects of enhancement. Troy has lived and worked in the Amazon rainforest with local tribes for over 8 years, practiced natural medicine and healing, learned from Maori healers, studied Vipassana meditation in 111 days of silence and has trained in Ashtanga Yoga.
