Jordan 'Biggie' Steffens and Brooke Prichard are not just two of the nicest people that you can wish to meet but they also happen to be two of SA's strongest people! Biggie broke his third Guinness World Record in September this year when he pulled a 20,300-kg (44,753-lb) hydraulic crane across a five-metre distance, smashing the record for the heaviest vehicle pulled with the upper body and last year Brooke pulled the Victor Harbor horse tram at Granite Island and is only just getting started! Whilst Brooke is fairly new to the game, Biggie started his journey as a 14 year old where he was scouted by the SA Institute of Sport to join the weightlifting team and since this time he's pulled a Boeing 747 on live national television plus much more. On our chat we discussed what it was like for Brooke to have Biggie as her coach, what they love about being strongmen/women and how they both got into it and the diet and training involved for competition. Thanks so much to Brooke and Biggie for their time, to the Southern Slugs Football Club for sponsoring the episode and the amazing team at PodBooth for putting this great video together. https://legendswithbevo.com/ https://www.instagram.com/legendswithbevo/channel/?hl=en https://www.facebook.com/legendswithbevo/ https://open.spotify.com/show/7gnyGc2AwYcuIRkvuS1Dxy https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/legends-with-bevo/id1444792076
