Hey Family! I share my perspectives and the wisdom I've gained as it relates to Black men providing and how we must be careful with how we approach this as a standard for our lives.

In this episode I talk about the emotional healing that I am experiencing right now. I take us on a rant of Black Folxs and how your emotional responses and body have been shifted by enslavement, Anti-Blackness and white supremacy. I talk about how growing up in East Oakland has shifted my Black Womxnhood and brought me to this place where I have been "forced" to surrender to removing a narrative that no longer serves me.
