How often do you return to thought patterns, or behaviors that you know you don't want to repeat, but you just can't help yourself? Today's Squirrel is all about those well worn paths, how to notice them & start to change them.

A ponder about damp trousers and Universal order. Life's a whole lots easier if we just chill and realise that life already has a plan, and can take care of everything perfectly well without us interfering all the time.

Keep walking even though you can't see proof of why you should bother. Life's already here, and it's all about walking in the magic of the unknown.

Spending too much time in your own head? Time to get back to what's important and have a word with yourself. Take charge of where you want to hold your focus, and where you want to be.
