Description

I go by MissJLH and WELCOME to my world! This podcast started off as me just wanting to talk spicy and get tipsy and make people laugh, however, this platform became so much more than that! We Don't Sip Tea We Drink Wine is "F.U.B.U" (For Us By Us). I wanted to create a platform where I could present blackness and black people in the most authentic way. I not only discuss our plight and struggles but our triumph's and out strength's. My goal is always to inform and educate but most importantly to inspire, to inspire our community to continue to live loud, live proud and to be authentically you

AHHHH I'm super excited about this episode because if you are on every social media platform like me and there's ever conversations about the vagina then 9/10 those conversations involve men (which its like ugh why) and misinformation ( from both men and women) but no worries thank to the digital age I was able to connect with a brilliant black woman, Dr. Lisa who is a gynecologist that is about to give us the ins and outs, literally and figuratively, of the vagina! lol now this is in two parts so you most definitely gotta come back next week right! In the meantime grab your wine, cuz I got mine and let's go!
Happy Friday! This episode we just gone get right into it ok! Shout to my guest Ananda as we talk about mindfulness and spirituality. Every now and then I let ya'll into my life , it's hard to be transparent but I do feel like sometimes transparency is necessary because you never know how your obstacles and your perseverance through those obstacles can inspire someone else going through the same thing. So this is my journey with self-love and Rae and I also discuss what self-love really is, what it looks like and what it looks like for black people. Grab your wine, cuz I got mine and enjoy!
