Yes,Yes,Yes, !!!!! Jaime Masters We should always be willing to help others. Because when we help others we in fact are helping ourselves. That is why when we team up with great people who are even better than us, They help us to get to their level. When we start focusing on their dreams, potential, passions, causes, and their greatest strengths (and to help them in their  it works in tandem with our dreams, potential, passions, etc. Why can't we be doing this more often? I believe many factors come into play when we want to do this. Here are some examples. 1) Time- Do we really make time for others? 2) The Law of the Buy-In from (John C. Maxwell, If we don't Buy-In into others we don't Buy-In into their vision and missions. 3)Selfishness-We only want to do what is best for ourselves. 4)Willingness-Are we willing to give ourselves to others to help them? 5)Team-Do we want to be on their team, Do we want them on our team. It takes patience, empowerment, enthusiasm, encouragement, knowledge, willingness to learn (and willingness to teach said skills and knowledge) and the most important part is time !!!!   This is just another great example ( and huge part of) Bringing Humanity Into Business and Beyond !!! Tony Hsieh, the CEO of Zappos.com is absolutely right about this. Did you know Jaime Masters that Synovus Financial has it in their mission statement is the "Golden Rule"? Wow that is getting down to basic humanity, don't you agree? Why is it that more companies isn't having a more human element approach. To have the success of their own employees and to the company be that much greater in achieving the level of success they say they want for their companies, but in reality it is 180° in the opposite direction. Companies saying team, team, team. But in fact are showing their very own employees it is all about me, me, me. Why do we let companies do this to us on such a grand scale? I am on a mission here on LinkedIn and beyond to Bring Humanity Into Business at every level of the business marketplace and Beyond !!!! John C. Maxwell has stated that there is a Myth of Leadership in Management, that we equate leadership with management are one and in the same when they are truly not !!! And he is absolutely right about this. Leadership is all about having people follow you, Management is all about workflow and processes. But I would like to see the day when Leaders and Management are truly one in the same. That is why we truly need to change the status quo when it comes to company culture.  Do you know when we build a business, We build a team that will turn into a Community that will turn into a Movement !! That is powerful !!!
