Elk City School Board Approves Hire Of STEAM Instructor

 The Elk City School Board approved the hire of an Instructional / STEAM Coordinator for the new elementary school. Superintendent Rick Garrison says this is a newly created position. Garrison says Ms. Bowling is currently an elementary teacher for the district.
