Hacemos rebosar esta edición de Mundofonías de novedades discográficas, con aires búlgaros, ucranianos, húngaros, klezmer, arábigos y persas, desde tierras también francesas, balcánicas, escandinavas, norteamericanas, neerlandesas y canadienses. En estos tiempos, es casi inevitable que, al poner música de determinados artistas y procedencias, tengamos que acordarnos de la terrible situación de guerras, tiranías, bombardeos y masacres que están sufriendo, por lo que estas músicas se convierten en elementos de lucha y resistencia contra todas esas desgracias, con la esperanza de un mundo mejor. We fill this edition of Mundofonías to the brim with new releases, with Bulgarian, Ukrainian, Hungarian, klezmer, Arabic and Persian flavours, also from French, Balkan, Scandinavian, North American, Dutch and Canadian lands. We begin with the three favourite albums of Mundofonías for January 2026, signed by the Mexican group Los Originarios del Plan, from California, the Indian flautist Ravi Kulur together with the American cellist Barry Phillips, and the French group La Cuivraille.
