This track is titled “theRE's no TURNing back” At the endof the show, we’ll play another one of 泽西’s songs: “WE R THE SAME.” 网易云音乐搜索《邓泽西》。Don’t miss our conversation with 邓泽西 in next week’s episode of 面包吐思《等我音乐》。For now, enjoy the song and enjoy the show. 跟着元培一期读 FOLLOW ALONG WITH YUANPEI (4:19开始)谈性色变？我们需要正视性教育鲁迅先生曾经这么评价过国人：“一见短袖子，立刻想到白臂膊，立刻想到全裸体，立刻想到生殖器，立刻想到性交，立刻想到杂交，立刻想到私生子，中国人的想像惟在这一层能够如此跃进。”而一百年过去了，国人的性观念似乎也没有多大进步。今天是2020年二月的最后一天，和大家说一说“性”吧。这两天追完了一部剧，《Sex Education》。这部剧的故事围绕着一所中学展开，在校学生奥蒂斯在校内开设了一间性诊所，与自己的搭档一起为同学们对于性方面的困惑，答疑解惑。很早就听说过这部剧，在豆瓣上查了一下评分，居然有9.1分之高。一部剧名带“性”的剧，评分也能这么高？带着好奇，我走进这部剧中一探究竟。这部剧尺度很大，但并不是所谓的色情片。剧中更多的情结是关于通过对自身的了解，去学习如何更健康的爱自己和对待他人。故事不仅讲述了男女之间的性关系，同样也演绎了各类性少数者（同性恋、泛性恋、无性恋等人群）他们面临的困惑。充分的表达出一个观点：尊重每一种存在。这与我之前写的《从女性权益问题，对人类未来发展方向的思考》一文的观点不谋而合。剧中有一个片段：老师将几个女孩关在一间教室，让她们找到女性的共同点。经过很长一段时间的讨论，女孩们发现虽然大家都是女性，但秉性和喜好各不相同，最终的结论是，谁说女性就一定要有确切的共同点了。然而在讨论中，她们找到了相似的经历：性骚扰。女孩们都因为一定程度上的“性骚扰”，受到的不只是身体的伤害，而更多的是心理上的阴影。除了女主比较勇敢强硬，其他女孩都不得不因为自己的经历，而改变自己的行为，从而避免伤害。但是你选择逃避，最终伤害的人只能是你自己。美国的一所研究机构曾做过一项统计：如果不提前做好性教育，美国每年出生的50万婴儿，在成年之前会被性侵，而且，受侵犯的孩子平均年龄为9岁。2017年，全球约有1500万15到19岁的青春期女性曾被性侵，在这些受害者中，只有1%的人表示他们曾寻求过专业帮助。我们身边，不乏有女性朋友有过或大或小的性侵经历，小到“尾随”，大则是“强奸”。近几年来，我们也常看到小朋友被猥亵、侵犯的新闻。我们在责备、唾弃犯罪分子无耻下流的同时，应该考虑到这背后的教育问题。我们一直以来在性教育方面都没有足够的重视，但是越来越多的事实告诉着我们性教育存在的必要性。01.中国性教育现状是怎么样的我在知网上通过主题搜索“中国性教育现状”。结果关于性教育的文章寥寥无几。“性教育”不仅对多数中国家长来说是一个非常特别的话题, 目前学术界对于性教育的研究也比较有限。性教育在中国，最早提出是在 1958...

I have a list of hundreds of potential topics already. I know so many interesting and amazing people. People give me ideas all the time. Some topics I have always wanted to do. Some come out of nowhere. In the case of today's program, it started completely with the person. All I knew is that I wanted to talk to LingFeng and I wanted the world to hear what he had to say. I had no idea what we would talk about. I just knew it was going to be important because I already know how important he is. It wasn't until we were in the middle of our conversation that it we decided to focus on Lingfeng's struggles with stuttering and how he learned to deal with bullying and general hardship. This program gives us an opportunity to appreciate ourselves and learn to be more aware of those who are struggling around us. Lingfeng's message is one of finding hope and courage when it feels like there is none to be found.
