For me it’s a kind of attention; a dialogue with ones body and breath, a process of learning, an embodied meditation. It’s a striving for physical resilience and strength that reverberates inward and outward. Its presence. Compassion. Reflection, even when that’s hard. It’s help surfing the storm waters. It’s play. It can change from day to day.
