With today's real estate market there are options for investment everywhere. For the old seasoned investor with many properties, to the first time home buyer (afterall your home is an investment). Maybe you own a home and want to take advantage of the market and buy a rental property, or perhaps you watch a lot of the TV shows and want to flip a house like a pro for cheap. Step 1 - Where to Start......
Interesting thought about real estate in the Bluegrass State, or Commonwealth of KY, are we or can we be a real Golden Triangle with Lexington, Louisville and Northern KY /Cincy? Or are we simply 3 separate markets that happen to be close to each other? What do we each think of each other? Can we work together? Where will it be in 5-10 Years?
Second Topic Real Estate with mortgages at 3.6% today Also where are we going in the next 5-10 years?
I HATE national real estate numbers reported on the nightly news. Real Estate is local! But does this mean those numbers are not imortant to you? More importatnly how can you use those numbers to your advantage if you are a home buyer or seller? We will break down the real estate numbers in simple terms, and help you decide if the numbers you see on the Talking Head shows matter to you. Also we will get other local real estate professionals to give us thier take on these numbers.
