Morning Routine:  * As soon as you wake up do 3-4 rounds of retention breathing. (30-40 inhales, hold on exhale, inhale again for 10-15 sec) 4th round can be on hold and squeeze.  * Cold Shower always start and end cold. Stay until you feel comfortable. (do warm up exercises before and after) Shake the shivers and stay relaxed in control of your breath.  * End with 5-10 min meditation simply observing breathe, silence behind noise, body awareness - At the end what are you grateful for and how do you want your day to look like.  * Water with Lemon and then Bulletproof Coffee or Tea Meditation:  1.
