Todd Kohlhepp was a successful real estate agent in upstate South Carolina. Covering his criminal past, he lied into a career that would otherwise be unavailable to him. In 2016, a US Army Veteran named Kala Brown went missing along with her boyfriend Charlie Carver. Eventually, her phone pinged at a rural 95 acre property owned by Kohlhepp. Law enforcement was stunned to discover Kala Brown chained up inside a shipping container belonging to Kohlhepp. Her boyfriend had been murdered two months earlier. Police were even more shocked when Kohlhepp admitted to 6 more unsolved murders. Leroy Willis "Sprout" Young was a career criminal who loved hillbilly songs. His favorite was "Rattlesnake Daddy" which he often sang around bars and roadhouses in Knoxville, Tennessee-even claiming he'd written the song. Sprout was also a ladies man.
