"We don't know much but what we do know seems to be about running!" Join Max Willcocks and James Poole as they blood, sweat and beers! In this week's episode Max and James welcome special guest, Hillary Allen. Hillygoat as she is affectionately known, is a Colorado based elite ultra runner sponsored by the North Face. In 2017 after an incredible season of racing she was running the Tromso Skyrace when the ground broke from underneath her causing her to fall 30m (100ft). She sustained life threatening injuries and spent much of the first half of 2018 unable to run and with both arms in casts. In this episode Hillary shares her journey to recovery, what makes her get up each day before six am to do her physical therapy and plans for 2019. You won't listen to a more upbeat human on the planet so, if you are in a period where you have lost your mojo or you simply just want to listen to some who clearly loves being outdoors, this is going to blow your mind.
