Instant Reaction Show I'm really wondering what Hurts has to do to get a negative reaction out of you guys. He has had 4-5 horrid games, not bad, not below average, but horrid games. Cowboys, G-men twice, Redskins, Bucs (twice). I'm not completely writing the guy off, but come on and have some objectivity here. He needs to improve anticipation, mechanics, and accuracy leaps and bounds. He will never have an above average arm, but I don't see what you can do with a good RB/below average QB at the the helm then what they did this year. I would love for him to prove me wrong and have 3 1st rounders make Birds better. I just see a ceiling that good attitude won't raise. He is a great human being, but a back up QB.

As a lifelong Cowboy fan I of course loathe the Eagles. But your podcast is the best football podcast anywhere. I guess it is because Philly is such a sophisticated sports town and the standards and competition are higher than anywhere in Texas, where peo football is below college and high school in terms of engagement of the typical fan. Kist, good luck to you. What.a run you guys had.
