Description

The Journey from Dude to Dad is your guide to the most important journey of your life. Becoming a dad changes you. That doesn't mean you have to completely leave the "dude" in you behind. You don't have to grow into the dad bod and you still can be "you."

Here's the deal, most of the changes you make in your life will be because you want to, not because you have to. We are two grizzled veterans of the dad world and we'll share our triumphs and failures with you. We'll also bring in some former NFL players, college basketball stars, executives, members of the military and many more dads to share their stories, advice and support. We are in this together. Let's help each other.

Also, be sure to check out our video blog site, www.journey2dad.com and our social media sites, The Journey from Dude to Dad on Facebook and Journey2Dad on Instagram. Heck, we may even join Pinterest. Don't judge! You never know when you are going to need a good crockpot recipe, advice on getting that stain out of your baby's favorite pajamas or a new workout routine that involves your bundle of joy! Let's do this..... #dadsmatter #jointhejourney #enjoyeverymoment
