I'm so excited to be back in the saddle and podcasting again, and coming to all of you with all kinds of fun, new stuff today. I want to jump right in and talk about something that's really, really important to me. And that is how we value our worth. I've been really amazed at how people talk about worth in the online space and in the business space. We tend to not really think about worth, especially as women, we don't think about worth in the same way that men do. I mean, it's an interesting thing, you know, how women are in this constant state of feeling like we have to prove something, right? Like we have to stand up for ourselves. We have to prove our worth. We have to show people that we have the same value that men do. And that's it, it's such an incredible waste of time and energy. And today I want to talk about how I think about my own worth and how I encourage clients to think about theirs and how I encourage you to think about yours.Good Business is hosted by Illana Burk, CEO of Your Life's Workshop llc and strategic coach to entrepreneurs, creative leaders, and industry disruptors the world over.
