Hi Creative Cuties!  TW- Eating Disorders. This is a little Thanksgiving special! I'm doing some new content on what to do when someone comments about what you're eating, how much you're eating or the pace at which you eat, followed by a re-air of my episode originally titled, "Just Say No To Getting Weighed at The Doctor's."  All of the above is based on my real experience. My hope is to give you some tools this holiday season to protect your mental health and serenity when someone makes a careless comment or when a doctor tries to throw you on a scale without even saying hello, let alone getting your medical and mental health history.  We have much more authority in our own lives than we give ourselves credit for. Step up to the plate and protect your inner-child. And, for God's sake, don't comment on what anyone else is eating or how they're eating it. Stay in your lane, babe. We can't Unleash if we're constantly wrapped up in things that don't matter- focus on yourself and your healing journey. The rest will fall into place. NOTE: This is a Video Episode, as well as audio! Check the video out on Spotify :)  -Remember to subscribe/follow the show on Apple Podcasts, Spotify or wherever you get your pods.
