As humans, we are creatures of habit and whenever we try something different it causes us to feel extremely uncomfortable! Here is the good news... we are also highly adaptable. The biggest mistake people make when they get into the entrepreneurial space,  is that they usually set everything up in a way that they are the main employee! This causes you to become a slave to your business...At that point you own a job and not a business! Or even worse, the business owns you!Comment what your thoughts are on this subject and let me know if you own a business or a job!
I see it happen so often that people (including myself) get frustrated when we don't get fast results from our current "good" activities. So then it's easy to give up and go back to the same old patterns and routines which are REALLY the ones that have driven our current crappy results. The ideal is situation is to establish habits that empower us. I am not talking about changing things up every now and then... I mean life long habits.
I was selling $5 dollar pictures in the swap meet at the age of 7, I was selling bicycle parts and movies on VHS at the age of 13 I started selling cars as soon as I had a license to be able to drive them.... You could say that I have been selling something my whole life! Well, in all those years of selling I have always wanted to  be the best.. It's in my nature to be highly competitive! Because of that I have worked hard at improving my sales skills. I am always open to learning new things. One of the most important lessons I've learned is that in order to be tremendously successful you need to find a way to offer way more value the what you charge your clients for your product or service. This is very likely my  favorite segment of The Pancho Show. I share with you what I believe to be some of the most important life lessons I have shared or would like to someday share with my 3 boys. I was very fortunate to be in a management position at a young age. I quickly realized that when it comes to sales, it doesn't matter what the resume says or how well dressed they are, or what they say means much.I decided to give anyone that came in asking for a job a chance. many lasted less than one week, one guy quit in the middle of his 1st day and then, others like the guy I talk about in this story prove to be  the best of the best no matter what anyone assumed or how much harder it was for him.Listen to this story because It teaches a valuable lesson about giving people a chance because they might just surprise you and end up becoming one of the most important people in your life... and maybe, just maybe... one day they will be there to help you out the same way you did or more.Lessons to my boys:This is very likely my  favorite segment of The Pancho Show.
