Description

The Greatest Podcast is hosted by the Greatest Salesman in the World Francisco Lopez.⁣⁣I believe that in order to be a Great Salesperson and Business Person one needs to become a great human.⁣⁣I originally started this podcast as a platform to interview friends and business partners that are highly successful. As the months went by I realized that I could not get out the messages that I wanted to as fast as I was hoping for so I decided to create a segment called: “lessons to my boys”I figured that if any lesson was good enough to share with my boys, it would also be good enough to share with the world, plus even if nobody else sees or hears this message, at least my boys could have a way to always see their dad talking about these things and heck… maybe use it a reference. ⁣⁣I by no means think that I am the owner of the truth in any of these subjects and as the word “subject” suggests, I believe it is all subjective. I only speak of my own life experiences and the lessons I have learned from them.I do also believe that I offer some pretty interesting insight because I am fanatical when it comes to learning and having an open mind to any and all possibilities. ⁣⁣Listen to one or 2 episodes that draw your attention and if you find value, please subscribe on your favorite platform and share with others that might also find value!

Going into our third month of being open with my restaurant (Las Pinches Tortas) I decided to run a couple of social media ads. Well, it is if you are ready for it and we thought we were, but not really.... You see, as you are growing, you are going to make mistakes. Mistakes will cause pain and because we want to avoid the pain, we sometimes don't do what it will take to grow. Be OK with growing pains. I see it happen so often that people (including myself) get frustrated when we don't get fast results from our current "good" activities. So then it's easy to give up and go back to the same old patterns and routines which are REALLY the ones that have driven our current crappy results. The ideal is situation is to establish habits that empower us. I am not talking about changing things up every now and then... I mean life long habits.Subscribe to the podcast on itunes, Stitcher and Spotify: http://thegreatestpodcast.buzzsprout.com/Find me everywhere at http://www.linktr.ee/thegreatestsalesmanintheworld
I was selling $5 dollar pictures in the swap meet at the age of 7, I was selling bicycle parts and movies on VHS at the age of 13 I started selling cars as soon as I had a license to be able to drive them.... You could say that I have been selling something my whole life! Well, in all those years of selling I have always wanted to  be the best.. It's in my nature to be highly competitive! Because of that I have worked hard at improving my sales skills. I am always open to learning new things. One of the most important lessons I've learned is that in order to be tremendously successful you need to find a way to offer way more value the what you charge your clients for your product or service. This is very likely my  favorite segment of The Pancho Show. I was very fortunate to be in a management position at a young age. I quickly realized that when it comes to sales, it doesn't matter what the resume says or how well dressed they are, or what they say means much.I decided to give anyone that came in asking for a job a chance. many lasted less than one week, one guy quit in the middle of his 1st day and then, others like the guy I talk about in this story prove to be  the best of the best no matter what anyone assumed or how much harder it was for him.Listen to this story because It teaches a valuable lesson about giving people a chance because they might just surprise you and end up becoming one of the most important people in your life... and maybe, just maybe... one day they will be there to help you out the same way you did or more.Lessons to my boys:This is very likely my  favorite segment of The Pancho Show.
