This peaceful one-hour relaxation music, enhanced with 852Hz + 528Hz Solfeggio Frequencies, is ideal for deep meditation, sleep, rest. Relaxing music can be used as stress relief music or peaceful music when practicing meditation for anxiety or meditation for sleep.528 Hz Solfeggio Frequency: Repairs DNA, Brings Positive Transformation852 Hz Frequency: Awakens Intuition, Raises Energy at Cellular Level Solfeggio Frequencies are long associated with meditation music. These musical tones were first adopted by the Gregorian Monks when they chanted in meditation. Many believe Solfeggio Frequencies penetrate deep into the conscious and subconscious mind, stimulating inner healing. In these busy and uncertain times, it can be difficult to create a sense of balance and find peace in our lives. By listening to relaxation music with Solfeggio Frequencies, you can create a zone of peace that allows you to experience each day from a place of alignment and balance with your true nature. Stanford University researchers found that listening to HEALING MUSIC can change brain functioning to the same extent as medication.Music connects with the automatic nervous system (brain function, blood pressure, and heartbeat) and the limbic system (feelings and emotions). When slow music is played, the bodily reaction follows suit– the heart blow slows down and blood pressure drops. This causes the breath to slow, which helps release tension in the neck, shoulders, stomach, and back. Calming music can also be used as work music to improve work productivity when you study and many people find it useful as concentration music, work music, or study music as it is really effective for concentration.Quieting your mind does not mean you will automatically feel sleepy. It means your brain and body are relaxed, and with your new calm self, you can then function at your best in many activities.Healing and Renewal. It has been proven that when the body and mind are relaxed, the body's natural ability to heal itself is greatly enhanced. Listening to relaxation music improves your mood by releasing dopamine, the feel-good brain chemical that is involved when people experience pleasure and reward.Stay focused on the music itself. If you find yourself thinking about other things (or even thinking thoughts about the music), gently redirect your attention to the present moment, the sound of the music, and the feelings in your body that the music evokes. Try to really feel the music. Many people use relaxing meditation music or peaceful music to find inner peace or use our relaxing music for yoga or during your Zen meditation session.  This relaxing meditation music provides a great opportunity for meditation for sleep and relaxation.Support the show (https://www.buymeacoffee.com/DonWeyant)

3 Ways To Be Mindful At Work: Work can be one of the most stressful parts of a person's life, and chaotic days at work are even worse. To both be productive at work and enjoy your life, it is important to learn how to be mindful amidst the work chaos.1. Use Your Breaks Wisely Although it can be tempting to pull out your phone and mindlessly scroll through social media, one of the best ways for mindfulness in the workplace is to use your breaks wisely and intentionally. 28 Mindfulness Techniques And Ideas To Enhance Your LifeTry to use your break time to recharge and reset physically, mentally, and emotionally. For example, try meditative breathing, gratitude journals, or journaling, in general, to try to be mindful during your work break. If none of those ideas work for you, then simply find a way to recharge your batteries while still being present in the moment. If you use your work breaks more wisely, you will be more energized and level-headed when you get back to work. As a result, you will be able to be more productive, handle your projects better, and connect with your coworkers. 2. Learn How To Say “No” At work, it can be tempting to agree to nearly every project that gets placed on your desk. Obviously, you want to do your best and put your best foot forward for getting a bonus or promotion. However, saying “yes” to all tasks is not always in your or your company’s best interest. Whenever you feel overwhelmed or overworked, you need to learn how to say “no.” If you agree to all projects, especially when you feel overwhelmed, both you and the work will suffer, which is not the best strategy for being an efficient and functional worker. Mindfulness and Meditation: Discover Your Best Personal PowerWhen you say “no” to a project, make sure you remain professional and respectful. Simply explain that you have too much work on your plate already, ask if someone else can handle the job, or ask if you can accomplish the task at a later date. 3. Be A Single-TaskerEveryone likes to think of themselves as a multitasker, which is when you try to do two or more tasks at the same time or switching back and forth between them. Even if you think you are a great multitasker, our brains are best at operating on one task at a time. For this reason, it is wise to be a single-tasker, meaning someone who focuses on one task at a time, at work. The Types of Spiritual MeditationSpiritual meditation aims to help a person dig deep into the inner self in order to discover the wisdom and tranquility that lie within. It can be done by developing awareness, harmony, and natural order into life through meditation. Different techniques can be employed in order to achieve this. Different meditation techniques have been developed since ancient times in an effort to help people experience a higher state of consciousness. This usually makes use of the ability to clear the mind of distractions and focusing mainly on the self. Here are some of the techniques that most people use to get in touch with their spiritual consciousness through meditation. One of the ancient techniques in meditation used is one that Buddhists practice. This technique is called mindfulness meditation and involves learning how to be aware of the things that one does and the things that are happening around at the very moment. This type of meditation technique can take time to master and involves four steps. The first step is abstinence from the five moral rules which are killing, stealing, lying, sexual misconduct, and the use of toxic substances.  The second step is the practice of Anapana Meditation for three and a half days where a person is taught how to meditate while focusing on one's breathing. The third step involves purifying the mind which involves self-observation for six and half days. The fourth step involves speaking and living an extroverted life. This meditation technique closes with the practice of metta Bhavana which involves sharing the purity developed with others.Another type of meditation technique is Transcendental Meditation, the most debated and researched one among the many meditation types. This type of meditation aims to help one attain enlightenment if practiced in the long term. This meditation technique also can help increase intelligence and creativity. This technique does not require the mastery of difficult breathing techniques or the use of some special postures. A person needs only to learn how to concentrate by sitting in a relaxed and comfortable posture and position.Another meditation technique is vibrational meditation which involves the repetition of a mantra, a particular word, or a sound that becomes the focal point of the meditation process. The vibrations that are produced by making the word or sound are experienced passing through the body. During meditation, the individual is to concentrate on nothing else but the sound as it is uttered again and again. These different types of spiritual meditation techniques take time to master. It may be hard for some people to get used to focusing on one thing, due most of the time to the influence of the world in general and how it has clouded and cluttered the mind with thoughts of problems, worries, and stress. But with regular practice and eventually making a certain type of spiritual meditation technique a regular habit, people may be able to look into their inner selves more effectively and then achieve a higher sense of consciousness that may help one attain inner peace.Support the show (https://www.buymeacoffee.com/DonWeyant)
Today, I want to tell you 8 ways to meditate for busy people. First, let’s discuss what meditating means. Historically, scholars have had a hard time defining meditation. Many view meditation as a practice with the aim of training your attention and awareness so that you become more mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable. Meditative techniques can include mindfulness, focusing on a single thought, or intentional breathing. No matter the technique, meditating involves focusing your mind and stopping the routine and business around and within you. Since meditating involves controlling your mental and physical actions, busy people can find it difficult to incorporate meditation into their life. But there are 8 easy ways to introduce meditative practices into your busy routine. Let us look at those 8 techniques.  1. Be in the MomentThe best way to meditate when you have a busy schedule is to be in the moment. Being in the moment means focusing on the present, as opposed to the past or future while performing your daily tasks and chores. This step may seem easy enough, but you will find that a lot of your life revolves around the finished past or imagined future. 2. Breathe During Your BreaksThe second way to meditate during your busy life is to incorporate intentional breathing into your daily actions. Although we breathe our entire life, very few people take the time to breathe with intention. Next time you take a sip of coffee, for example, take a couple of seconds to close your eyes and intentionally breathe in the steamy air.  3. Meditate While You WaitAnother way to meditate if you are a busy person is to simply meditate while you wait. Studies show that the average human will stand in line for approximately six months of their life. 4. Multi-taskA fourth way to introduce meditation into your busy schedule is to multitask. Instead of absentmindedly doing your daily chores, incorporate meditative techniques into those actions. Multi-tasking in this way will allow you to meditate without adding any more tasks to your daily routine. Mindfulness and Meditation: Discover Your Best Personal Power5. Incorporate Meditation into Your Daily RoutineYou can also find time to meditate by incorporating it into your schedule. Many adults have a morning routine, for example. Find open time in that routine, such as when you are pouring your coffee or watching the sunrise. Incorporating meditation into your schedule will force you to meditate without it taking up any more time of your day. 6. Today, I want to talk to you about 6 mistakes you make that stops you from meditating. These mistakes can be intentional or unintentional, but they all hinder you from either trying to meditate or from meditating effectively. Let us look at these 6 mistakes. 1.Difficulty Meditating - Not Holding Yourself Accountable The first mistake that can stop you from meditating is simply not holding yourself accountable. In other words, you don’t feel accountable to yourself for doing your meditation. The only person who can make you meditate is yourself. If you do not buckle down and hold yourself accountable, you can never expect to start meditating or improve your practice. 2.Difficulty Meditating - Have Too High of Expectations Another mistake that can stop you from meditating is having too high of expectations. If you expected meditation to take away all your stress and make you completely emotionally stable overnight, you probably found yourself very disappointed after your first meditation, causing you to think that meditation is just a bunch of malarkey. How To Meditate Properly Like An Expert In 3 Minutes Or Less3.Difficulty Meditating - Doing the Wrong Meditation A third mistake that may be stopping you from meditating is that you tried the wrong meditation. Today, there are countless tools to help you meditate, and each tool has a different meditation technique. 4.Difficulty Meditating - Relying on Guided MeditationsThe fourth mistake you may be making is relying too heavily on guided meditations. Guided meditations are a great tool for learning how to meditate or meditating if you’re very tired. 5.Difficulty Meditating - Bypassing Your Real ProblemsA fifth mistake you may be making is bypassing your real problems with meditation. In other words, you use meditation as a way to avoid your actual problems and feelings. When you use meditation in this way, you're not actually meditating. 6.Difficulty Meditating - Actively Trying to Control Your ThoughtsThe last mistake you may be making is actively trying to control your thoughts. Many new meditators try to put their thoughts in a box. When their mind wanders, they start talking to themselves in a very negative way in order to try to control their thoughts. Doing this turns the meditation into a negative experience.Support the show (https://www.buymeacoffee.com/DonWeyant)Click To Visit MeditationLifeSkills.com Learn how to meditate effectively with our FREE Meditation Resources!Get to sleep FAST - listen to this Mp3! Healing frequency music has the power to literally transform the human mind, body, and soul. In fact, referring to it as "food for the soul" would not be highly out of place. Recently, however, new evidence has been unearthed which reveals that once upon a time there was a tonal scale that was even more powerful than modern-day music to heal and transform the soul. This healing frequency music tonal scale was referred to as the "original Solfeggio frequencies."Based on this evidence it can be said without hesitation that modern music has been "robbed" of its true power.Solfeggio frequencies can still transform your life in ways you never thought were possible. Their origins go back to ancient times when they were chanted during church ceremonies at the time. But around 1050 AD, they disappeared mysteriously and were presumed to be gone for good.It was believed these chants based on Solfeggio frequency would impart blessings during masses, provided they were sung in the original Latin language and in harmony. It was widely believed that combining these sacred incantations along with the Latin intonation, allowed the music to probe deeply into the darkest and deepest corners of the mind in order to bring about transformation and healing.Solfeggio healing frequency music is based on six notes that once comprised the ancient scales. It is not known where and how this tonal scale changed, but it is believed that the Catholic Church took an active part in modifying them with the help of Pope Gregory I (590 to 604 AD).The Solfeggio healing frequency music isn't just correlated with a note on the musical scale. It can also be assigned a frequency, as well as a color, and can be lined with a specific chakra in the human body. It is this association that gives these ancient chants their amazing transformation power.A recent double-blind study from Italy showed that healing frequency music tuned to 432 Hz slows down the heart rate when compared to 440 Hz. This frequency fills the mind with feelings of peace and well-being, making it the perfect accompaniment for yoga, gentle exercise, meditation, or sleep.Furthermore, the color green is primarily associated with health and well-being. And this is only one example. There are countless other examples of how the Solfeggio healing frequency music can literally bring about a positive change in your life.Support the show (https://www.buymeacoffee.com/DonWeyant)Click To Visit MeditationLifeSkills.com Learn how to meditate effectively with our FREE Meditation Resources!FREE GIFT: Ultimate Brainwave MP3! Loving Kindness Guided MeditationDhammapada or Loving-kindness meditation is one of the two simplest meditations in Buddhism. This type of meditation helps bring about positive changes in practitioners' lives and helps them develop loving feelings toward all other living creatures. The main purpose of Dhammapada is to cultivate love and despite the fact that it comes from Buddhist tradition it can be adopted and practiced by anyone regardless of religious beliefs or affiliations. This type of meditation must be practiced without any expectations.About Meditation – 6 Steps To Easily Improve Your LifeThis is a truly unselfish practice that results in ideal or pure love that each of us is capable of. You can repeat phrases like "May I be free of pain and suffering", "May I be happy, safe, and protected". Continue breathing in and out as your state these phrases and think or repeat them several times to feel the full effect. Feel the meaning of these words spread through your whole body, mind, and heart. Finally, extend your loving-kindness outward until it reaches all living things. To do this think of different people in various locations across the globe going about their lives in various ways. Today, I want to tell you about four ways you can master meditation.  But before I get into that, I want to take this opportunity to say that meditation is a process, not a destination. The more you meditate, the easier it will get. But, there are always ways in which you can improve your meditation and grow as an individual and meditator.  Now, let us look at 4 ways you can master meditation.1. Focus on Your Breathing The first way that you can master meditation is to focus on your breathing. Breathing is something that we do all the time, most of the time without even realizing it. During your meditation, you should use your breath as a way to intentionally anchor your meditation.  Secondly, focusing on your breathing forces you to live in the moment. Since breathing happens in the present, it focuses your mind on a present action, as opposed to a past or future action or idea.Meditation Success: 10 Easy Guidelines You Can Use TodayThirdly, focusing on your breathing will allow you to connect your mind and body as one. In the modern world, our bodies and mind are often treated as two separate entities, which results in a lot of stress in confusion about oneself.  2. Switch Up Your MeditationThe second way that you can master meditation is to switch up your meditation practice. Many people make the mistake of choosing one practice in sticking to it exclusively. This may be great if you're new to meditating and are still learning how to best meditate, but only doing one meditation does not allow you to grow or challenge yourself.3. Be Kind to Yourself A third way to master meditation is to be kind to yourself. Many people view meditation as a harsh form of self-discipline. While meditation is a form of discipline, this discipline should be mixed with kindness and compassion. There's no way that you can master meditation without first learning how to speak to yourself in a kind and compassionate way. 4. Try to Incorporate Meditation into Different Parts of Your LifeFinally, the fourth way to master meditation is to incorporate meditation into different parts of your life. What I mean by this is to practice meditation even when you're not intentionally meditating. I know, that may sound difficult, but it will be extremely beneficial in the long run. Support the show (https://www.buymeacoffee.com/DonWeyant)Click To Visit MeditationLifeSkills.com Learn how to meditate effectively with our FREE Meditation Resources!Meditation Life Skills Podcast Forget Expensive Meditation Courses (Use This Instead). How You Can Develop Your Meditation Techniques And Skills. First, I will begin by talking about common problems that people face when meditating. When people begin meditating, they find that it's very hard to control their wandering thoughts. Most people, even the most experienced of meditators, face this problem at some point during their meditative practice. Luckily, there are ways that you can develop your meditation tips for beginners in order to keep your mind on track. Let’s look at some of these ways to deepen your meditative practice. Let Your Thoughts Finish Naturally Whenever you find your mind wandering, the best way to develop your practice is to simply let the thought finish naturally. That does not mean let your mind wander directionless. Instead, it means to allow the thought to finish so that your mind doesn’t keep going back to it.  Try Different Practices Another way to develop your meditation skills is to try different meditative practices. Trying different practices will allow you to discover what meditations are most beneficial for your life. Additionally, trying new practices will challenge your mind and make the practice more engaging from the beginning.  Meditate to the Sound of Your BreathOne of the easiest ways to develop your meditation is to meditate on the sound of your breath.  Begin by closing your eyes. Once they are closed, breathe in for 5 seconds and breathe out for 7 seconds. If this time is too difficult for you, feel free to adjust the seconds. Always aim to make the exhale longer than the inhale, though. While you are breathing, try to visualize the air coming in through your nose, swirling around your entire body, and exiting out your mouth. Try to feel the life cycle of the air with each breath. Create a Meditation Space Finally, the last way that you can develop your meditation skills is by creating a meditation space in your home. Your meditation space can be as larger small as you would like, but make sure that it is designated to your meditation practice exclusively.  Designating a space purely for your meditative practice will allow you to get into your headspace as soon as you go into this area of your home.Support the show (https://www.buymeacoffee.com/DonWeyant)Click To Visit MeditationLifeSkills.com Learn how to meditate effectively with our FREE Meditation Resources!Download Your FREE Relaxation MP3! It can help you calm your physiology without making a conscious effort, and that can alleviate stress from your mind. While 20 minutes is a good minimum time frame for meditation, even one song can be helpful in reducing your stress levels and restoring some of your energy, so take the time that your schedule allows.Stay focused on the music. If you find yourself thinking about other things (or even thinking thoughts about the music), gently redirect your attention to the present moment, the sound of the music, and the feelings in your body that the music evokes. Try to really feel the music.Continue this practice for several minutes, until your time runs out. As thoughts come into your head, gently let them go and redirect your attention to the sound of the music, the present moment, and the physical sensations you feel. The goal of this practice is to quiet your inner voice and just ‘be’. So just ‘be’ with the music, and fully immerse yourself, and you’ll feel more relaxed fairly quickly.Everything the mind does, everything that happens, is part of the meditation. So don't try to concentrate or force the mind in any way. The only criteria for "right meditation" is that it is easy. The goal, if there is a goal, is effortlessness, but even if we find ourselves making an effort sometimes, that's OK. Inner Bliss is an innate state of inner joy. It is constant, undisturbed by outward gain or loss. We all have the capacity for it, no matter our age, background, physical or mental disabilities, ethnicity, gender, or religion. External circumstances, whether positive or negative, happy or sad, do not affect it.The word meditation comes from the Latin ‘meditari’ which means: exercise, turn something over in one’s mind, think, consider. It is defined as “consciously directing your attention to alter your state of mind.”Click HERE For More Guided Meditations You Can Explore...Traditionally meditation has been used for spiritual growth but more recently has become a valuable tool in managing stress and finding a place of inner peace, relaxation, and tranquility in a demanding fast-paced world. Meditation elicits many descriptive terms: stillness, silence, tranquility, inner peace, quiet, and calm. There’s really no deep magic in finding your bliss. It’s a matter of taking time for yourself, reflecting, reviewing, and documenting what brought you joy in the past. All counter stress and tension. Lama Surya Das in his book Awakening "The Buddha Within" says, “Meditation is not just something to do; it’s a method of being and seeing – an unconditional way of living moment by moment.”In other words, learning to live in this moment because this moment is all that we have. Henry Winkler is quoted as saying; “A human being’s first responsibility is to shake hands with himself.” Meditation is an opportunity to ‘shake hands with ourselves in a safe, simple way and to balance our emotional, mental, physical, inner peace, and spiritual well-being.Learn How To Meditate - Meditation Podcast | Free Online Meditation Course | Guided Meditation | Meditation Music |Daily InspirationSupport the show (https://www.buymeacoffee.com/DonWeyant)Click To Visit MeditationLifeSkills.com Learn how to meditate effectively with our FREE Meditation Resources!FREE GIFT: Ultimate Brainwave MP3!  180 Seconds That Will Change Your Day 180 DegreesBrought to you by 3 Minute Meditations  I often hear people say, “meditating isn’t for me, because my mind goes a mile a minute and I can’t quiet my thoughts.” I would suggest that with intentional practice just about anyone will learn to quiet their mind, but it begins with focusing on your breath. Why? Because slowing down our breathing changes our brain wave activity. It has been proposed that most humans beings only access about 3-10 percent of their brainpower. That is pretty astonishing when you think about it. Now here’s the thing, it’s not that we don’t have access to it, we just aren’t living in a way that makes it available to us. You see there are yogis who share a school of thought which proposes that for the brain to function properly it needs a healthy dose of oxygen and if it isn’t supplied, it’s gonna hibernate like a bear. The shallow, frequent breathing patterns which have become the norm in our hyper-stimulated, high-tech, low-touch modern-day lives, won’t provide the brain with enough oxygen to wake it up and have kept most of the brain sleeping.A big part of what we’re gonna do with our practice is learning to slow down and deepen our breathing, thus oxygenating the brain in ways that heretofore haven’t been done before. And by doing so, you gain access to parts of the brain that up to this point have been unknown to us...we will enter the realm of the Other 90%. This is where the magic happens.Breath Control Leads To Mind ControlAs an aside, I find it pretty darn cool to see how this mirrors what has happened at the level of our Cosmos. Scientific exploration has shown that when the Big Bang occurred, only about 10% percent of the energy that came from it was made perceptible to the senses in the way of planets, stars, quarks, etc.The Other 90% remained and remains imperceptible to our senses. In other words, that which we see and experience through our senses is just the tip of the iceberg. The vast majority of what is Reality remains below the surface so to speak. To gain access to it, we must begin within. Just something for you to chew on :) Prepare to fly high my friend. Ever higher!!!
