Eric St Onge: Du cirque du soleil a devenir un professionnel de la santé
L’activité physique est arrivée dans ma vie dès mon jeune âge, c’est à 6 ans que j’ai découvert la gymnastique et j’ai instantanément eu la piqûre pour ce sport.
Pendant 16 ans, la gymnastique fut mon bonheur au quotidien et ma raison de me lever le matin. J’ai eu le privilège de faire partie de l’équipe canadienne de gymnastique pendant les 6 dernières années de ma carrière.
J’ai joint le Cirque du Soleil suite à ma carrière de gymnaste, et c’est de cette manière que ma 2e passion s’est développée.
Pendant 22 ans, j’ai eu la chance de parcourir la planète avec diverses compagnies de cirque, dans le but d’émerveiller les spectateurs.
Puis c’est en 2013 que j’ai entamé ma 3e carrière, celle d’entraîneur personnel.

Nick nous partage l'histoire de la fondation de Mateina.
Au début, il a décidé de voyager en Amérique du Sud pour apprendre à parler espagnol.
Il avait trouvé un emploi de moniteur de ski dans un petit centre de ski du sud du Chili. Lors de son premier séjour, il a découvert une merveilleuse boisson qui a changé ma vie, Yerba Mate.
Dès son arrivée au Canada, il a voulu faire découvrir aux gens qu'ils manquaient quelque chose de génial. Puis il commence à partager cette infusion puissante avec le plus de personnes possible. Voyant tous les avantages que la boisson avait sur lui,

Ricky has been involved in bodyweight mastery since childhood. Beginning with various martial arts including Judo, Wing Chun, Boxing, Thai Boxing, Grappling and more, he moved onto more artistic and acrobatic elements of these arts into his teenage years.
He is based in the UK and founder of Bodyweight Gurus.
Ricky specialises in advanced bodyweight movements originating in gymnastics but which have now evolved into calisthenics/street workout where a variety of different planes of motion and freedom have been added to the traditional elements of gymnastics to create a discipline involved in supreme bodyweight conditioning, including Muscle ups, Planche, L and V sit, Front Lever, Back Lever and Human Flag.
