The world is fucked. Like, way worse than Mad Max or Fallout 3. And there’s only one government left trying to save and revive humanity. But this government has discovered time travel. And they have a plan to save humanity: they will send one human back in time to bring back 12 of the biggest names from history to fight to the death to become the next leader of humanity. That human they choose is you. The one time I saw some improvement was when I cut carbs drastically. Progress reversed pretty quickly though (pasta is life). I workout (boot camp classes at my local gym) 4x a week, eat 80/20 and am still skinny-fat (flabby triceps and thighs). I’m sure it’s tough to help with such limited info, but any ideas how to get that (admittedly little) yet very apparent and annoying fat burned off?? Cody was introduced by a mutual friend and this was our first formal interaction together. It felt like one of those rare conversations where you think to yourself, "why have I never heard of this guy before?!" We hit it off like we'd been friends for years. Cody is a fitness coach who focuses on nutrition, performance, and lifestyle. He also coaches other coaches, has an Elite membership site, runs a blog, and produces a successful podcast. Oh, and he's getting married the week this comes out. Well, whether you agree or not, Sam's knowledge is impressive. He's a big hormones nerd, learning nerd, and coaching nerd. Dr. Jacob Harden is a chiropractor based out of Orlando, FL and has one of the most helpful Instagram's I've ever followed when it comes to all things pain. It's no secret he's passionate about his craft, but he's even more passionate about helping others. His positivity and simplistic manner of breaking down complex topics is one of a kind. Kaylin had an incredibly motivating back story in this one. Out of high school, she was a D1 softball player and was filled with ambition, drive, and an eagerness to be better. The problem was she didn't bring this mentality into her career path until she had had enough of working a typical 9-5 with no room to grow. She knew there was more to life and so she set out trying to find it, traveling from city to city until she settled in her current home of Columbus, OH. She's an in-person trainer, an online trainer, and an overall badass, empowering women everywhere.
