My take on what the hell is going on with the CAF. I think we've got some serious issues and ideologies that have captured the minds of the generals and leadership that rule the institution. This is not good and it's tearing us apart and the result is highly skilled and selfless folks saying, fuck it and retiring. The soul of the Forces is in tatters and that's 100% on the leadership and I explain why, in this episode.
