Thank you so much for taking the time to do this. i have followed you for some time and i love all of your videos but this is a great summary that i will listen to often to keep me focused on my slow journey to being more organised. i have ms and now struggle with cognitive problems including absorbing information so this podcast will be great as accessible and easy to fit into my life. also you have helped me identify how i hope to turn my confused life around! you are by far the best i have come across and so happy i found you! ❤
