Part 2 of 2 L.A.P.D. Detective Tom Lange sits down for a candid look into his investigation of O.J. Simpson for the brutal murders of Ron Goldman and Nicole Brown Simpson. On the night of June 12th, 1994, Nicole Brown Simpson and Ronald Lyle Goldman were found slain at 875 South Bundy Drive in the Brentwood area of Los Angeles. Detectives Tom Lange and Phil Vannatter took the lead in the investigation which led them on a blood trail right into the home of O.J. Simpson. Chaos ensued as O.J. eventually became a fugitive of the law as him and A.C. Cowlings cruised along the freeway for the world to see. Detective Lange made contact with Simpson via a cell phone to try and talk him down from doing any more harm. Cara Knott, a 20 year old San Diego State University student, was pulled over by California Highway Patrol Officer Craig Peyer. Cara was murdered by Peyer off of the Mercy Rd exit in San Diego County.. She was then thrown off of the Los Penasquitos Arch Bridge where she was discovered the next morning by family and police. Visual Version: https://youtu.be/uJO-0yVK3UQ On the night of August 8th into the early morning of August 9th, 1969,  Sharon Tate Polanski,  Paul Richard Polanski, Jay Sebring, Wojciech Frykowski, Abigail Folger and Steven Parent fell victim to the vicious attacks by members of the Manson Family  at 10050 Cielo Drive, Beverly Hills, Ca. Dennis Hearst is the bike delivery boy who delivered an exchanged bike for Abigail Folger that very night.  He dropped off one bike and picked up another in the exchange.  In doing so, Dennis rang the doorbell and had a small conversation with Jay Sebring. Mr. Hearst's arrival on the premises helped to establish a timeline of the tragic events there that night.  He was also a key witness at the trial the following year.
