The goal of Zen is not to eliminate judgment, nor is it of  judging the judgments as something undesirable. It’s rather to elevate ourselves to a higher vantage point, from which we may exercise more complete and more informed judgment.Judgment is important. It forms the basis of individuality. How I judge determines the choices I make in life, and therefore leads to who I make myself to be.
This guided meditation invites you to explore the meaning of control by surrendering to experience.
Forget about success being attached to goals. Forget about success being attached to value. True and meaningful success is to be found in the magic of being. It is the offspring of the freedom I grant myself in deciding where I will be taking the next step in this life of mine.
What is the point of meditation? Is it designed to relax and sooth us, or is there a higher purpose to it? Is meditation safe, or is it a door into something vastly incomprehensible and potentially dangerous?

If the world is broken, it is because we choose to see as broken. Should we look beyond the simple to see, then the remedy for this broken world might be simpler than we thought.
Exploring the fundamental differences between religious belief and spiritual pursuits. I look at the effects of religious dogma on society and its individuals, and the solution which spiritual paths based on meditation can offer to the socially-induced suffering which often results from religious conditioning.
