Not so long after that he was introduced to Āyurveda and sometimes would forget just how much he loved yoga because of is engrossing passion for Āyurveda. During a time of addictions, toxic relationships, and spiritual darkness, Yoga and Ayurveda were the guiding lights that led Daryl back to stable ground and helped him to rise above the confusion. Now happier, healthier, stronger, and more resilient than ever, Daryl is experiencing an entirely different life, joyful, open, honest, and content; no longer ashamed and no longer so encumbered by the anxious and stressful nature of our modern world. It was purely the will of God that led him to where he is today and it is these sacred sciences which he has to thank for the transformation. Balanced Alignment linkhttps://balancedalignment.com/

Hi, Dave. I just wanted to tell you how pleased I have been to listen to your podcasts. I have listened to all of them....usually on a long walk on my phone. As a regular at Cityoga since December 2011, I have taken classes from you and several other instructors. Thank you for the good work. Thank you for the interesting podcast. What a great idea.
